Caldwell County BBQ at Peoria is a new and welcoming spot with a great atmosphere. The food is delicious and absolutely amazing, with many recommending the fantastic brisket, which is perfectly smoked, juicy, and tender. Specific favorites include the El General Patton sandwich, the baked potato loaded with brisket, and the jalapeño sausage. The Lemon Poppyseed Cole Slaw also comes highly recommended. The staff is friendly, very nice, attentive, and provides excellent customer service, with management ensuring everyone is acknowledged. The line moves fast and the building is kept spotless. It is considered the best BBQ in Arizona and a must-visit for quality barbecue.
