Wow, the food was so bad I would rather they have just told me they didn't want me to be a customer. I ordered the Chilaquiles breakfast and an Asada taco. The Breakfast had eggs that were crunchy hard brown on the bottom and runny on top, the refried beans were watery and bland, the rice was undistinguishable mush. Breakfast was a total waste. Next I tried my taco. It was beef that tasted bad and I couldn't finish it. This was around 10 am on Sunday Jun 1 2025. I will never go again, and cannot recommend it at all. I am actually not sure if I should even try the bag of flour tortillas I bought for $6.00 or just put it straight to the garbage. Likely garbage because everything they gave me today was totally foul. :( I gave the food one star because that is the lowest. I gave the service 2 because at least they took my order and handed me the terrible food and the atmosphere was nice.

Ordered a carne asada burrito. It came with rice and beans. It would've been a perfect burrito if it had more meat. Only 25% of the burrito had meat. The rest was beans and rice.
Iv been Here about 4 times now each time was great I think the portions are a little small but I'm a big guy . The meats always cooked and seasoned well . The salsa I believe are house made . Very delicious I believe because it's all home made room for error is bigger so don't forget that you will see 3 1 stars compared to 100 5 and 4 so just be specific in your order and they will make everything like you ask . I have not been disappointed yet . The new spicy salsa is fantastic . Update here's my 8th time I have had all the tacos . The potato tacos are great as well crispy n crunchy while the potatoes inside are smooth almost a creamy texture the cheese is fantastic with the lettuce and the tomatoe dipping sauce is flavorful but not spicy. Tried the enchilads fantastic again . The texture is soft and cheesy with a nice flavor topped with crunchy lettuce sour cream and cheese with some salsa 10 outta 10 must try . I will be getting the nachos and flautas next time . Again thus place is fantastic

The only place in Peoria I've found that does Elote and Sonoran hotdogs. The Elote was delicious. The dogs could use maybe some toasted bread or crispier bacon, they just felt lacking compared to La Pasadita. But anyway I'm glad to have found a place by me so I don't have to drive down south to get some good

I tried two quesabirria tacos with consomé & it was so disappointing!!! no flavor, barely any meat or cheese. $5.95 each! I don’t mind paying but barely any meat? the people were nice & welcoming! the food? I’d never visit again :((
