I didn't catch the young man's name. Came in about 9 pm on 10/19. Dude was running basically the entire store by himself. Was taking drive thru orders while taking my order. Very polite. He doesn't get paid enough. None of the people here do, I assume.

Went in after having a horrible experience at another location. Guy apologized and made me feel appreciated. It was confusing for the order tho, you can’t combine discounts with a courtesy certificate. Seems really dumb and hard to give another chance to the restaurant.
I was about ready to give up on Carl’s Jr after too many bad experiences at the Northern location decided to give this one a shot and wow night and day difference. The worker took my Order fast! made sure my order was right, and the food was actually hot. Appreciate the effort!”

The play place was horrible and I almost fell through the net in it and it almost fell over if I could’ve I would’ve gave this a 0.1 stars and the food is garbage literally I barely took a bite it was cold and there’s mold on the meat

My wife had never had Carls Jr before so I got dinner from here through the drive thru. The food was cooked to order, everything was good and hot. Service was good and no long wait. My wife was happy which is good so we can come back!
