My wife had never had Carls Jr before so I got dinner from here through the drive thru. The food was cooked to order, everything was good and hot. Service was good and no long wait. My wife was happy which is good so we can come back!

It was our first time here with my 3 little ones, they loved it! Customer service was good, the food was good, and them having a playground here was a BONUS!! Who would ever thought there’s a playground ground here! The only down fall is that it was hot in the playground area.

Cashier let me stand at counter for 25 min while she stood by drive thru window hiding playing on her phone HORRID Customer service also the was a gentleman who was in the kitchen and seen me waiting all that time and said nothing to myself or the cashier is this the only crew who did not get PROPER

Never got our food , we ordered through mobile app .. went to pick up and nobody’s answered us at the drive thru , someone was back there ..went called and no answer .. we have to dispute the charges now $60 ..no signs saying it was closed .. Finally spoke to a young lady who told me they were closed online shows they close at midnight and she told me she did not see anything of my order below. I posted pictures that there were two orders pending on their screen.!
