The ladies that worked the night shift overnight have to be the slowest workers ever.. They don't care about the customer's.In line, they take their time. I've waiting in that line for at least twenty to thirty minutes All the time I go here all the time For my lunch breaks at 1am.. please get rid of those girls.I know there's only two working, but it's ridiculous.How long you have to wait?And it's always the same girls, you know, they are.Please have a conversation with them for the company's sake.

Haven't had Carl's Jr in a very very long time, dacde or so! Decided we wanted a char broiled burgerand it did not disappoint! Really good for fast food type!

Late night hunger pangs brought me to Carl’s for a burger and milkshake. I ordered the Big Carl single with a vanilla shake. Service was quick going through the drive-thru. A few questions: do you want sauce, and do you want whip cream on the milkshake? No. The burger was fine. Nothing special, and it had what was like thousand island dressing. The shake tasted a bit peculiar. Made with ice cream? Okay, but it had an odd flavor to it. As if it was made with sweetened condensed milk. My hunger was satisfied. And all for $12.20. Would I return here, or visit another Carl’s? Probably not. There are better burgers to be had. The factor that inspired this stop? It was after 3:00 am on a Thursday morning. Not many places are open at that time.

I work late into the night and I was excited to learn this location was open 24hrs. For the last 4 months or so I’ve been making a weekly stop for my late night dinner. My order has been consistently correct including condiments and napkins. There’s usually two different ladies that work the night shift and they do a phenomenal job. I actually don’t follow through on doing reviews but the staff at this location deserves to know that they are fantastic and they are appreciated especially by someone with limited options at 3 in the morning. There’s nothing more disappointing than getting home with the wrong order when you worked all night. 😆 Thank you so much!

Service was good in drive thru, they didn't keep us waiting too long. HOWEVER we had one burger (Angus Star burger) that had a weird metallic taste to it🤮 I tried calling but the phone # is no longer in service, this needs to be fixed!! I contacted corporate about this whole issue. Hopefully Ii get a response, especially for the amount of money I spent there.

I come visit Anna after work all the time! She is the absolute best! She always makes sure the food is fresh and I have plenty of sauce. :) I will note the one time Anna was not there when I came, I had Angie and she was really rude over the speaker. I had told her I normally visit Anna and she literally said “Oh I hate her”. I was very shocked hearing this after I had just explained to her that I love coming, partly because of visiting Anna. Overall though, 5/5 chicken stars for Anna!

Kindness can go a long way especially when you work in the food industry. If you are running the drive-thru have a positive attitude and an impact on the customer that is friendly as well valuable rather then getting a nasty attitude because you sold me the wrong item or that you rang it up incorrectly. Don’t treat the Guest as if they do not matter and then get frustrated with them especially when your are the manager running the shift. Set a better example and role model the appropriate behaviors while being a leader. Makes me true sick to see individuals like being I charge of a restaurant thinking they are doing a great job when in fact you are simply piss poor and mediocre. Learn to try your Guest with respect and how you would want to be treated!

I got an Uber order, drove to the location, and there was one person in the Drive-Thru ahead of me. They ordered $50 worth of food and it was ready in 7 minutes. My Uber order that had one item on it took an additional 7 minutes somehow. Do the math, it doesn't add up
