Tonight I decided to take visiting friend to Charley's at the Lake.

So I have gone to Charlies a few times. I decided I would bring family and friends tonight. We arrived at 5:15. Our drink order was not taken until 6:15. Food did not come out until 7:15. Our server, who I have had in the past, stated she was the only server working tonight. When it was 2 hrs and we still sitting outside getting cold and no longer hungry, I asked if I could speak to the manager. Charley's at The Lakes offers an exceptional dining experience with great food and a lovely atmosphere. The restaurant can accommodate large groups and provides a private dining room for special occasions. The menu offers a variety of options, including Prime Rib, Salmon, and club sandwiches, all served perfectly. The staff, including the friendly and attentive servers, chefs, and management, ensure a memorable experience. The patio area provides a beautiful view of the golf course and lake, making it an ideal spot for lunch or dinner.
Charley's has great food from homemade clam chowder appetizer to Saturday prime rib. The servers are always ready with a smile when they bring your order, and the drinks are well worth it. During the day, the view of the golf course is spectacular with the lakes and fountains, and on weekends you can always find good live music.
The staff, especially the manager and the chef, provided excellent service and helped to host a fabulous rehearsal dinner party. The appetizers and entrees were amazing and plated with elegance, and the steak, scampi, and chicken picatta were all praised by the guests. The staff worked together flawlessly to ensure that everyone received their meal at the same time.
