90% of this being a good review is due to the man running the store. His name I believe is “Park”.

That man makes this a great spot. His customer service and attitude are phenomenal. Y’all better either double his salary or I’m going to start poaching him to an upgrade.

It just goes to show that the right person with the right attitude can make any place amazing.

The food was good but Park is an amazing human being and deserves to be recognized.

Idiots have you order on their company website let someone pick up my order without confirming and put it through doordash then had the nerve to inform me i have to call doordash to grt the order

This place is absolutely terrible! management is terrible But what can you expect with an owner with just as bad of a attitude! Called with concerns and his lack of caring was ridiculous. food is terrible and service is even worse!

Stood at counter with 2 workers just talking in the back. Not acknowledging I was even there, look at me but not come to greet or take order.

Every time we have ordered food here the service takes FOREVER! So we stopped getting food here.
But I still will let my kid get ice cream, unfortunately 7/10 times we go the ice cream machine isn't functioning..
Today we went in and my 5 year old got his ice cream but Alicia refused to give my 9 year old a water cup on a 110 degree day. terrible customer service.

I had ordered here on a whim to try something different and I’ve ordered the buy 1 get one free of the chicken cheesesteak sandwich advertised on Uber Eat. I’ve called the store and girl said the order receipt only showed one sub and not the added free one; which I had rechecked my selection off the app and everything was accurate it came to same price as the order I’ve placed that was wrong. The sub was Ok, toppings were great but chicken was little thin and over cooked. Best thing was the sprite.

I only give it 1 star for this review. Do Not Eat Here! I waited 5 minutes to be acknowledged and when I asked would someone be available to take my order,
the cook responded rudely. The prep woman was throwing things around and complaining. When i let the cook know that we could have atleast been acknowledged, she laughed. The customer service is horrible and i would never want that kind of energy cooking my food. The Women that work here are Angry and Racist!!!
