Charleys Cheesesteaks and Wings

Costumer service is HORRIBLE. Asked if they are serving kimichi cheesecake sandwich because it was not listed on menu, the person at register, waved her hand towards a sign that displayed the sandwhich, and looked at me as if I was stupid and couldn’t read, and I said well it’s not on your menu so I wasn’t sure, so extremely rude. And then as I’m trying to order she kept cutting me off and talking over me before I could finish my order, she’s a large white woman with NO NAME TAG. Completely ruined my experience. She should be in the back cooking not the front face of this Charleys location. And the whole time she is touching guest orders without gloves.

As I entered the store front Evonna the only employee I saw at the time exited the front walking over to the Walmart self check cashiers to gossip and not do her job. I stood there for several minutes and no one greeted me nor cared as she stood over there not paying any attention to her job. Then an employee popped out from the back. Not sure as to help me or if she should? So he shouted to her you want to come ring this guy out she replied no you can or whatever ??? How obnoxious!!! Then this person the cook I believe had to ring me up. I waited for several minutes more for my food????? I asked the girl if the pickles were on the sandwich cause I didn’t want them in it, she then gives an attitude and an eye roll!! Man what a horrible experience. Also, the soda carb vs syrup is way way off!! I felt like I couldn’t even drink it. Then she brings me my food and pack it to go without even asking, and I placed an order for here at the counter because I wanted to eat here now I feel unwelcome like I don’t need to be here when I told her that she walked away with the attitude again Ridiculous. Just ridiculous.

Friday June, 14, 7:30 pm.... I stood there for 5 minutes waiting to order watching some clown show from some guy not even able to run the register. When he got finished with a custom in front of me, he disappeared. No one to take my order. Didn't look like anybody was showing up either. So I left. The guy at the door who checks receipts standing close by, ( this Charley's is in a Walmart store) told me that the guy running the register didn't even work there. So I have no idea where the cashier was at, but obviously, they didn't want my business, and so they didn't get it... it was a rude, fail comedian act that I guess they thought was funny. But not so funny for somebody who just wants to grab something to eat and couldn't get it.

Came back to add that these employees appeared to be adults which made it worse. I expect kids to act ridiculous now and then but grown-ups should be better..

Jadyn was so helpful. It was such aa pleasure to have her take my order. Ashley made the food she was awesome. Loved the food. A little pricey but so worth it. If you are in Peoria come over and say hi to these crazy fun loving girls.

Order to go. It was tasty and we will return to the Charleys.We has the Philly Chresesteak and the Chicken Philly. Both were good.

Great place to get some wings. It's inside a super Walmart.Lots of parking and well lit. There is plenty of seating. Very clean and good wall decorations.Lots of choices and easy menu to read. Nicely price and extremely affordable.Food is great and large portions. Fries are tasty.Great service and lots of drink choices.Kid friendlyHighly recommended

1st time in with a friend. Ordered 2 Bacon Philly Cheesesteaks along with sides. Mine had a special surprise a Hair cooked in with the meat & cheese, saw it when I opened the Sandwich up to take some lettuce off. Brought it to the lady who took our order & it was like a NO BIG DEAL, will make you another one. She told the cook, her reply: just throw it away. No apology!It seemed like a common occurrence? When I received my new sandwich it had less filling, like it was my fault!! We had even put in $10 in the tip bucket when we ordered. She acknowledged that. Needless to say lost my appetite. ?

Hair cooked between the meat & cheese. Brought it to the attention of staff member, no apologies! Reply: OH will make you another one. Got the impression this was not the 1st time! Loss my appetite. :(

The must ashamed experienced ever. I bought a 9” Philly steak sandwich and fry’s, and ask for a couple cups of water, for my 4 yearl old daughter and me. Then I started hearing what she was saying, I was being humiliated. The employee started telling people around what I did in such exaggerated way. She started yelling and start making a scene because I grabbed soda water and a little bit of orange soda because my 4 year old daughter started asking for juice. I never buy fountain drinks, because of the amount of sugar. But I somehow did the BIG mistake of grabbing a small amount of soda. She even locked the machine and only unlocked it when a customer needed it, and she even tell them why she was locking it making sure they knew in detail- humiliating me as much as she could.I can’t believe I was treated that horribly by this two bulling ladies. A short hair thick complexion, and a thick lady as well long hair around 50 something years old. That’s ashamed! That was the must ashamed moment in my whole life. I never experienced something alike before. They humiliated me, they told everybody I was stealing, and they bullied me. I’d worked in many restaurants as a lead and I never experience such thing towards any customer before in my life. I was so disgusted about how they treated me that I even throw away my food to the trash. I will never go to that restaurant again just to avoid having the displeasure of seeing them again.

Rennae is such a pleasant person. She was polite and patient with every customer. Even those with communication barriers. These days you don’t see people happy to be at their job. This girl deserves a raise! My food came out in good time and was of quality.

Came in at 8:18 pm and and orders 50 dollars worth of food and I gave them tip so they can just re fry my wings and give me a food that was probably sitting for quite some time. Gm justified by just saying this is Charlie's procedure. So if you guys want old food please come here. Betty was the gm.
