Believe it or not this was my first time trying Chick-fil-A! I'm not a chicken person so it's no big deal haha. I tried the spicy chicken sandwich it was good but my favorite thing were the sauces. I'll probably visit again.

So today was the 1st time I tried Chick-fil-A I always see the drive-thru packed so I had to see what all the hype was about. We pull up to the drive-thru and an employee is coming to your window rushing you to take your order I didn't like that at all I've never seen their menu I wanted a chance to see their menu and have a chance to think about it considering it's the first time I've ever been there and they just wanted to rush you!!! I got the spicy chicken Deluxe and I was not impressed. I definitely don't understand why their drive-thru is always packed and they're so popular. The Buns are like those cheap store brand hamburger buns you buy at the grocery store for a dollar. They were small and flat like someone smashed the bread. I was expecting the chicken to be really delicious considering they're so busy all the time and I've had way better chicken at almost every other fast food restaurant. I also got a kids meal with chicken strips it said it came with two chicken strips instead she was given a box with a bunch of like pieces of just the breading that they put over the chicken they weren't chicken strips they were just pieces of breading almost looked like popcorn chicken it was disgusting with hardly any chicken in it it was just all breading. I definitely don't understand why the drive-thru lines are so long all the time when there are many different restaurants so much better. And like I said the employee that took our order was in such a hurry and even after we told him we've never seen the menu before he just kept looking around like he needs to hurry up and get to all these other cars even though it only took us like 3 minutes to figure out what we wanted to order he was annoyed that we didn't know the menu because it's our first time I'm sure the managers get bonuses if they can get their drive-thru line to go by quickly. Definitely not impressed at all the chicken patties you buy at the grocery store and put on a bun are way better

I’m not sure what happened but this is what I received today versus what is advertised. I’m not one to ever complain, but being pregnant and hungry, I was a bit disappointed with the size of my sandwich and decided to say something. I approached a team lead mentioning I was unhappy with the size and was told that it was completely normal for the chicken to be this thin. Chick-fil-A sandwiches have been one of my most common pregnancy cravings so far and I can tell you that this is definitely not normal. Really disappointed is his response and this experience.

Parking: The parking is a nightmare here, unlike a lot of others. I don't understand the concept the planner had when designing the parking, but if it was to confuse or frustrate a customer, then they hit the nail on the head.
