I visit Chili’s often and usually have a good experience, but this time I was served a lemon that had literally already been sucked and eaten 🥴🤮. Definitely not what I expected!
Other than that, everything else was okay. Prices have gone up and portions have gotten smaller, but that seems to be the trend everywhere these days. Still, not the best visit.
The mobile order situation here has gotten really bad lately. Waiting forever and ever every single time.

Everything here was wonderful! Our server (Frankie) did a great job of taking care of us. The food came out quickly and was prepared very well. We were in a rush and we're able to get in and out within 35 minutes! Wonderful experience.

We love this Chilis! We've never had a bad experience here, all the staff are so friendly and good at what they do. In particular, Jennifer is a gem! She is always super attentive, and goes out of her way to make everyone feel welcomed and taken care of. She goes into every interaction as if she is talking to a personal friend 💚
