There was a little mix up on order, but they were very polite and professional and it was handled very well. The food was tasty good and the portions were more than enough.

it’s a shame i even have to write a bad review when my coworkers & i have been coming to this location plenty of times. DO NOT ORDER ON THE APP THEY WILL GIVE YOU THE TINIEST PORTIONS EVEN IF YOU STATE YOU WANT EXTRA RICE, SOUR CREAM, ETC i had to drive back from work to this location to get our bowls redone but again, we got terrible portions of food literally looked like somebody ate from the bowl before sealing the tinfoil top or some looked like they sprinkled food in the bowl, not full portions. staff is nice people but i wish they would pay more attention to detail especially on to go orders. we might start picking up from Arrowhead mall going forward :(

I have eaten at Chipotle's more times, than I can count and I have never had a bad experience. Today, was an exception. Our two bowls with Carnitas was a big, glob of fat. In addition, they were out of Pico, sour cream, Adobe ranch, and the grilled veggies! Bland bowl. We purchased 2 bowls, 1 burrito, and a kids quesidella meal (which was excellent). The picture shows the big glob of fat...no bueno!!!

The service was very poor to say the least. It was like we were in there way. The food wasn't the best, and it was prepared with very little care at all...

Every time I order the Uber eats I feel like Chipotle employees make the to go orders crappie with no effort. It was 90% rice barely any corn or meat in it at all and I ordered the corn salsa. I just feel like this location is going downhill unless you go in person to make sure they make it right. Not fair, but it is what it is.

Between the times of 8:20 pm and 8:35 pm. Your current Chipotle team did great with the food. The store was a complete mess unfortunately. Tables and chairs were a mess cover in food. My mother ended up cleaning the table just so that we could sit and eat. As well the women's bathroom had urine on the floor per my wife. The store was well staffed but not attentive enough when it came to a clean atmosphere.

There's nothing worse than going somewhere to eat and every single table in the place is dirty. They weren't so busy that they couldn't have cleaned the tables and chairs. I went and asked for a towel so I could clean a table. The guy took his time coming over with a rag to wipe my table off and after he was done he went back over to the register. He just left the other tables didn't bother cleaning them. I'm sorry but I don't want to eat somewhere that's dirty and I especially don't want to eat where the staff couldn't care less if the dining room is dirty. I don't want to think about how dirty what the customers can't see is like.

Normally when I come there my experience is good. However my food was sub-par. Rice was dry food was not fresh as advertised. I would like to make a request improvement in the food area
I’ve never had to leave a negative review before, but unfortunately this location has gone down hill. The two boys serving me today were incredibly rude and the rice wasn’t fully cooked. I wish I could say this was the first time this happened. Please do better!

My husband asked what i wanted for Mother’s Day lunch and i said chipotle but i regret spending money and time here. Honestly this place is probably the worst chipotle I’ve been to. The flavor is off. My 7 year old took the first bite and said it taste different. And i tried and yeah not good.. smh

Wonderful Chipotle location. We come here when we’re in the area shopping or before spring training games. Never had any issues. Restaurant is always clean and they give good portions.
