I came in with my son. He ordered his burrito and I wanted a bowl. I got rice pinto beans and wanted steak. The steak was black. Burnt! I said no I want to chose something else and the girl that was waiting to do toppings said that’s not burnt it is just well done. I said I didn’t want it because it was burnt. She kept on about it being well done. So when he made the other bowl I chose chicken. She then asks what I wanted on the steak bowl. I again said I didn’t want it because it’s burnt. She then argues that it’s well done right in front of my son. I had to over talk her and say you have your opinion and I have mine and to me it is burnt so I don’t want it. She then cuts her eyes and turned her back to me. When we go to pay she says burrito and two bowls one chicken and one steak. I got angry and said LOOK I TOLD YOU I DONT WANT IT!!! She then turned and said “so ridiculous”. Once we got home my son came to me and asked was my rice okay and I said let me taste it and the rice was no where near done! I also opened up my bowl and the chicken I asked for was less than a regular scoop! We will never go to that location again. I hate writing reviews but my son was so upset because he used his card from Christmas to treat me to a meal.

Everytime I come to this location, my proportions are always small or gets even smaller. Especially the rice and protein, which is literally whats suppose to make up the bowl. My bowl was ONLY half full! Don’t go to this chipotle establishment if you actually want to get your money’s worth on food, especially with their increases in price! Go to another location!!

a really rude experience with an employee he was serving the food in a really awkward way that confused pretty much everybody that got to him and he would only give it to you if you said it “the right way” we said “hot sauce” as opposed to the “chili red sauce” he made me and my family very uncomfortable but the food was fine.

I thought the internet was being dramatic about the portions until I came here for the first time in years. They half fill the bowl now and when I asked for more rice he gave me half of what was on the spoon, like 2 tablespoons if that. He acted like he could care less so I’m sure he does. A shame because I used to like this place. $42 for two meals is not worth it. There are better options.

Food is good but they don’t put enough meat in the burrito. Quite a few times I have ordered the steak burrito and they fill it with rice and a very small amount of steak. When my wife gets hers they fill it up. So I ordered a bowl and it was barely anything in it. I do like there food I will have to try a different location.

I had a very disappointing experience at Chipotle. The portions were extremely small, yet I was still charged the full price. It felt like I was paying for scraps.
The person serving us was a tall man, slightly on the heavier side and dark skin, his approach to preparing my order was frustrating. When wrapping the tortillas, he carelessly smushed into a BALL and wrapped them poorly.
I ordered brisket with barbacoa, but when it came to the barbacoa, there was barely anything left in the container. Instead of letting me know or getting a fresh batch, he just scraped out the little that was left and served it as if it was fine. I had to ask for more, and even then, they hesitated and continued scraping the container that ONLY had the oils of the meat.
The whole experience felt rushed and careless, and the quality of service was disappointing. I expect better from Chipotle, especially given the prices.
I have been coming to this Chipotle multiple times but this time was by far the worst service.

I'll never forget nor forgive how I paid for double meat through the app for a bowl and found only a minuscule amount of meat bits. Beware of this scam.
I’ve had several frustrating experiences at this Chipotle location. Last night, I asked for a small cup and was told they were out, so they gave me a large but still charged me for the full price of the large. They could have easily given me the larger cup and just charged me for the small, but instead, I got charged for the full price. To make matters worse, there were three of us eating there, and we all had the same issue with being overcharged for larger sizes. On top of that, they were completely out of napkins, which is just basic customer service. I also visited a week ago, and even an hour before closing, they were already out of both steak and chicken. It’s clear that this location is severely lacking in management and organization. I don’t know who’s in charge here, but they really need to get it together. I won’t be coming back anytime soon.
