Horrible service! Waited in line 25 minutes for them to do an online order they didnt even tell us there would be a wait. Staff was so rude! The line just kept growing. They should learn better customer service! Short staffed our not theres a better way to serve your customers!! Do better!

I was tired from working out, having just left the gym. When got to line the server repeatedly tried to minimize the portions of each item I ordered, which was beyond irritating. When I asked for chicken he put a half spoon on my bowl. Having ordered this item numerous times I know that a full spoon was the standard. I politely asked for more children and the server began to lecture me about what portion size he could give me. Finally I snapped. I said cancel my order, I will go eat somewhere else, and left. It is beyond stupid for a restaurant to lose a customer over a nickel and dime issue, and then lecture the customer when they politely complain. I will be eating at this location a lot less in the future.

Placed an online order for pickup got a veggie bowl but didn’t want fajita veggies and there wasn’t an option for it. walked inside waited for the girl at the front to finish helping everyone cause it was busy. I asked her if they could make it without the fajita veggies didn’t want problems was gonna be okay if they had already made it. She goes “what do you want me to do about it” umm do your job? I didn’t need the attitude it was gross. It was at 4:30 on Thursday it was a short girl with a lip piercing and curly hair maybe. her attitude was ugly and unnecessary. just wanted to see if i could get no veggies , I recommend some better customer service.

Took the grandkids in to get their $6 Boorito. I was very impressed with the portion size. They didn't hold anything back. The customer service was incredible! There was a line up to the door, but the staff kept things running smoothly. The food was delicious as always.

The service here was terrible. I asked to put all cold food on one plate and hot on another. They did everything as I asked until I came to the check out. This lady told me repeatedly that I should have told the servers what I wanted, otherwise they would have to charge me double. Then she took half of my plate and replaced with a bunch of small containers. Afterwards, I checked and I was missing so different food, such as carne avatars and so many sides. I told them and they replaced. When I came home, I realized my order was missing beans. Bad experience. I'm never going back to this place.

How you going to charge me one whole dollar for a sauce that’s less than half way full in this small sauce cup? Also look at the side of salsa.. less than half full. Also no utensils in the bag.
My fiancé ordered take out and literally 8 minutes later opened it up to eat and it’s freezing cold, the meat wasn’t even close to being warm. The heating plates were not left on until closing which is against food and safety procedures. We did pick up 35 minutes before closing. Service felt like we were not welcome.

Great service, love the new carne asada- and queso too. We did buy a coke in a glass bottle and forgot to open it before driving off. We ended up going back to open the bottle - and they were super kind when we returned. Love this brand!

Ordered ahead a salad with chicken, rice, black beans, corn, salsa, fajita vegetables, and cheese with the vinaigrette on the side sour cream on the side when I got home and opened it. I literally got a rice bowl and there was maybe eight pieces of lettuce and a salad the chicken Was hard and not edible. Usually, I can eat on the salad from here 3 to 4 times and it was like they gave me a half portion on everything I could scoot everything to one side and it would be half the bowl. I will never order from this one again. I would suggest the same.
