Uncooked rice, stones which hurt my tooth. Quality need much improvement and cook needs to be replaced by senior Mexicans who knows how to make proper cmexican food not with the young kids who does not have proper training.

Dysfunctional spot 1 person making meals 30 deep at the door. Quality of food was poor and feel bad for the lack of leadership at this spot for the staff they looked helpless and not sure what to do

Overall the staff is great and food quality is good! I’ve been to this location dozens of times and it can be inconsistent. But definitely more good experiences than bad.

I always get a barbacoa bowl. The portions are generous. Also my son always gets a bean and cheese burrito. Some cashiers ring it up as a couple sides and others as a veggie burrito.

I've also found that the online orders tend to have smaller portions. We no longer order online. We will only go in to order.

The guac is lights out!

Cilantro rice is uncooked. This has happened twice now and the folks in this chipotle do not address this. They lend a deaf ear to this feedback and are not willing to even look at their rice.

Allow me to preface by saying this negative feedback is not directed at the front facing staff, they were lovely and did their best to provide, given the total lack of leadership and quality control.

First off, the line was maybe 10 people strong… took about 45 minutes to order as there was only one person on the line.

Get to order and there’s only chicken, steak, and carne asada… no fajitas, no carnitas, no Barbacoa. They were kind enough to give me a little extra chicken to make up for the lack of what I wanted.

The rice was crunchy, the beans dry, the chicken was completely burned, and the lettuce was so poorly cut it landed like sheets in my bowl.

I pray this location gets help. I’ve had many mixed experiences as I have chipotle 2-3x a week on every side of town… but think this might be a new low.

Place was literally disgusting. So dirty. She started cleaning the counter and the water from the towel dripped into the food. She was upset from me telling her. Im sure people gets sick from here. I didnt purchase anything.

Congrats to this location on the worst order accuracy ever. Ordered a couple burritos and nearly everything was wrong. Barbacoa - got steak, black beans - got pinto, sour cream? - none, red sauce? - no. Also, the order was a pickup and my wife waited inside for at least 30 mins for it to be ready. Can’t call the store to get a refund and the chat on the website is down. What happened to Chipotle? Never spending money here again.

I have never experienced such terrible service. Out of pinto beans, white rice was plain with no cilantro. Out of carnitas, had to wait 20 min for carne asada and steak. The girl making the bowls could not have been more angry to be there. Guys in the back making and cutting the meat were moving as slow as sloths. No apologies just pissed off employees. 10 uber eats people waiting for their order when I drives and still waiting when I left. Took 35 mintues to get my food. There was no line when I arrived.
