Is there not a manger running this store? Or are the employees running the manager? I just don’t understand how you can continue to have this many complaints and there has been zero improvement. Your food is old and cold. Way too expensive for what we are getting. Idk how this location is still open.

Missing sides and tortillas. Make sure you do their job for them l because they obviously can't themselves.

Worst chipotle location I’ve ever been to. Unfortunately it’s the one nearest to my house. I’m not sure who does the hiring and training here but I feel like they need to start over. The kids working here hardly ever acknowledge me unless I’m standing there waiting for my online order forever and they’ve messed up multiple orders of mine or even gave me somebody else’s order and I didn’t realize until I was already home.

My last burrito hardly had any steak and they didn’t cook the tortilla and every time I get a burrito here they just loosely slap it together and it falls apart as I’m eating it. Next time I’ll just drive out of my way to go to a better location

Person working the register does not know what they're doing. Literally "lost" my 10 gift card that I tried to redeem. Then tried to claim he "don't know what i want"... update, I've posted a picture of the 1 of 3 gift cards that was taken from me today along with the receipt. So long story short. Bought 30 bucks worth of Chipotle paid for 30 and they kept my gift card. I tried explaining this in person... maybe they can understand this review... if they still don't understand i should have paid 20 and I technically paid 40. Prices have really gone up for me.

Ordered for delivery. The rice was still crunchy, the chicken was burnt and hard and the edges of the tortilla were harder than a rock. 3 stars for the delivery driver

This location is going down hill by the day. Out of food, employees not changing their gloves after they touch trash. Can’t even wrap a burrito correctly. No one cares how many people are in line and waiting, no sense of urgency at all. Sad to see

It is pitiful how poorly run this store is. The employees are frantically trying to get it together while the manager stands in the same spot daily not doing a thing to help these poor folks. To go orders are always wrong, rice is always hard, lettuce wilted, and brown guacamole. Every. Time. I’ve never been to a worse Chipotle. I think if corporate stepped foot in here they’d faint.

** to update: tried this location again to see if there were any management improvements. NONE. ITS WORSE. My entire online order was wrong. I drove home, then drove all the way back. There was no apology, sloppily remade my order and it was cold and disgusting. No offer for a refund. Just handed it to me and that was it. It was just as filthy as always. The health department needs to step in.

This is the last time I go to this location. It was 8 p.m. (closes at 11) it was filthy! They were out of everything, they werent even closing lol.

I mean, I actually thought something was wrong because it was so filthy. Chafing dishes were piled up in the station between front line and cooking area, 15 bean/meat covered cans of sloppy dirty food containers. It was like something out of a SpongeBob episode, just sloppy dirty food everywhere. The serving counter, covered in food and sour cream smears. I'm pretty sure they haven't wiped it off all day. Food all over the window where food was viewed.
Looks like 8 year olds work here.

Food was dry and gross looking. Food was mixed all over (the sour cream was pink from slopped in pico juice). Ice container cover for the soda machine was laying to the side while top was open and ladder in front of sodas. I was there 15 minutes, NO ONE was working on machine.

Like... where's the adults? What the heck is up with this location. It's dangerous. This happened about 1 year ago, it was dirty, staff rude. I just asked for my money back and moved on. So here I am a year later, mad as heck.

It's clear management has zero control here. It was revolting. I threw it away, cut my loss and went to In and Out which is in the same Plaza. (It's delicious BTW with clean happy staff)

And before I get the "Karen" card. My husband who is like a cockroach and will eat anything says this was the nastiest chipotle. He also won't eat here again.

Run from this place. It's so gross.

Indian girl with arm tattoos working Saturday evening February 8th was being super rude to the customer behind me in line for him asking what they still had since it was an hour from close. The taller skinny guy working always has great customer service and is a pleasure. As far as that girl I was getting irritated with how rude she was talking to the customers. If she talked to me that way I would have left.

The young kid taking my order was disrespectful to me. I had to keep repeating myself because he kept talking to his coworker. Good customer service is giving the customer your undivided attention when taking your order. I'm not sure who is managing this place, but they need to be managed better. The food was pretty good, except for the fact that nearly all the chicken pieces had a lot of gristle in them. I had to spit out half of the chicken pieces. It was simply disgusting and ruined my appetite. Would you want to eat chicken pieces with gristle in them? Would you serve this at a family get together? Would you like to be ignored while giving your hard earned cash to a restauran establishment? It seems they're more concerned about money than their customers. Doesn't that young kid know i'm part of the reason why he's even employed? Please train the staff on how to treat their customers well. I will go back if you train your staff better. For an organization that has a net worth of seventy eight billion dollars, this is just wrong.

The picture is not the best representation. But I'd already eaten a full salad portion before I took this.
I also had a full serving of meat on the side and tortillas to make tacos. Plus pico and salsa.
Seriously the fullest salad bowl I've had from chipotle in years. Very happy.
