Great people and food!

Upon our arrival around 8 pm, a worker guy was taking temps of product. I didn't think anything of it and should have.
My guest and I got a total of 3 bowls to go. The meats looked a little dried out, they were running low on white rice and scraped dried out rice from the bottom of the container. Lettuce looked gross and slimy so I asked for fresh. They didn't have any, but put lettuce on they make salads with, which was fine. Salsa was watered down and separating. When we got home and started eating, everything was cold. There was nothing warm at all. Meat and rice were cold. I immediately tried to call the store and could not reach a live person. We didn't eat them for safety reasons. Called their complaint dept and got refunded. They shouldn't have even been open if their food warmers were not working. They could have made so many people sick.

I've given this Chipotle multiple trys due to being the closest one to my home. Every time I go, they seem to disappoint more and more. I was there Thursday, September 26th, at around 7:00pm. They were out of most food options, and it wasn't even close to closing time. The kids they have working here have ZERO customer service experience, zero thrive to even be there working, and they're rude. They NEED new management.

Poor time management to get menu items out and ready to be served. You don't wait until an ingredient is completely empty to turn around and ask for more, knowing full well it will take awhile to get it restocked. Went in for 2 bowls and left with one due to the fact that more than half the food items were low or completely empty and waiting on multiple refills. Makes it impossible to order anything from the menu and in a timely manner. Mind you this was before the dinner rush and they had 3 people working, one on the grill and two at the register/counters. One was clearly new and not properly trained. Shame on management for not making sure your establishment is properly staffed. I've been to this location about a half dozen times and it gets worse each time. Won't be giving them my business in the future.

This location was great when it first opened however it has since gone downhill FAST. we always have to go in because they skimp on portion sizes with mobile delivery/chipotlane and failure to include all items ordered. Walked in and right back out a few times after seeing the quality of food/cleanliness of food area. When we do get food the meat is inedible due to bad cuts/fatty pieces of barbacoa and chicken, crunchy rice, and brown guacamole. Chips are always weird consistency (hard but soggy) and last time we went they were in such a hurry to get me in and out that they forgot the rice in my kids build your own….i was the only person in there.

I've tried to give this place multiple chances because of the convenient location, but I would rather spend 10 extra minutes driving out of my way instead of dealing with incorrect orders and rude employees.
When there are 3 times as many employees as customers in a restaurant at 6:30pm on a Friday, and the drive up lane is empty, you know they are failing.

All the entitled haters giving this place 1-2 stars need to travel more! Lol! Complaining about their "burrito not being rolled correctly" or their "chips being fried in half"...or my favorite, "the guac sliding off so the presentation wasn't nice?".... Seriously?! FIRST WORLD PROBLEMS? Lol! It's a friggin' burrito! I have never had an issue with this location and my daughters and I come here often. Personally, I have only experienced the staff being super friendly and helpful and the flavor being great. I love that we have one so conveniently located. It's whole food, served quickly, and it's tasty. If you are looking for a 5 star Michelin rated joint go elsewhere and stop your complaining and unrealistic expectations! For what it is, a healthy fast food option, I for one am a happy customer. ?

I have given this Chipotle at this 6 or 7 tries to get my DoorDash order right. Every single time my order is wrong or I’m missing an item. I order burritos and the burrito is smaller than my phone. I have also ordered extra chicken and they give me little to no chicken. I order chips and queso and they send the order without it.

Please work on these issues.

I would be livid if my capital was invested into this location. Entitled "not my problem" and "I only make $14/hr" response.

Ad a customer, we looked forward to this new location. Tried, tried and tried it again expecting different results. That is on me.

740pm (note, they close at 10pm), these pics do not fully depict the poor availability of any substance besides veggies. No chicken. No steak. Sparse carnitas. Barely ant barbacoa. All sauces and sides, guacamole and sour cream was lifted outside of cooler so they could start cleaning. The COOK was not cooking or grilling but instead was pre-closing and cleaning. 2 hrs and 20 minutes BEFORE closing.

Owner, Regional Director, someone needs to fire this entire staff and rebuild the brand with a new marketing push.
