Pretty good spot. I frequent many Texas/Churchs chickens. This is one of the top 10 on my list of areas. Chicken came out fresh and hot. Employees are great, nice and diligent. Restrooms incredibly clean 👍

Service was slow, and the dining area was very dirty. The staff was polite but not very attentive.
“Just so you know, there is a 25 minute wait on chicken”. This is coming from a restaurant whose main product is CHICKEN. How do you run out of cooked chicken in the middle of the day? Your chicken is not good enough for me to waste my lunch break waiting on the one thing the restaurant specializes in.

So I've waited till now to post this out here because I wanted to express my extreme dissatisfaction of the way my problem was "resolved "properly. I went through the drive thru at this location around 8-8:30 I ordered the 12 tenders specifically,I asked for 2 types sauces also. As I left the window I was assured the order was correct & sauces included too. Well I arrived home,opened the box to find legs & thighs instead . Looking at the receipt it says the legs n thighs special I called the # on the receipt several times,it would ring multiple times then hang up. Needing the tenders I closed the box & headed back to the restaurant. At the speaker I told the lady that spoke about the problem .Her Answer "we haven't any tenders tonight " ,my answer "why didn't they tell me that?" The answer was just "crickets " I pulled to the window , I'm guessing it was the same young lady,to hear "we don't have any " Asked her about when I asked for the sauces didn't that raise a wonderful she says people order sauces w regular chicken all the time, hmm OK. I asked why the calls were being picked up then hung. "I didn't get any calls" so I asked about if the # on receipt ,the answer I got was,"I don't know the # here.I asked for the district manager's # and I got "I don't know it. I asked for her name ,since she wasn't wearing one,"You don't need to know my name ". I got my refund (I hope)& she got the chicken back and drove off I took the longer drive to 35th& Cactus and got great service and fresh food. So the little one ate late and we were both glad this was over for the night. Since then I've found out it's a franchise store and the young lady 's was Evelyn. Not sure where to go from here but I'll figure it out. Not my 1st time at this location but definitely my last

Say open until 10p but at 9:02p they have stopped making food, cleaned all the warmers, and a chicken place (fridge to fryer) is out of chicken strips and chicken sandwiches all they had left was chicken left over prior to cleaning for the night is crazy! Maybe the owner of this business doesn’t mind losing out on customers or maybe employees checking out early either way change hours or plan better.
The parking lot, inside the restaurant and the drive-thru is empty. I've been sitting here 5 minutes waiting for someone to take my order. Reading nothing but negative reviews for this restaurant. I finally got hungry and couldn't wait any longer and now going somewhere else to eat.

I changed my 3 star to a 1 star because of an incident that took place on 10/6/2024! I ordered chicken strips sp when I paid and they asked me to pull around to the front I was elated I just knew they would be fresh. Jokingly to myself I said fir them to be working around food where is their hairnets?? Laughed it off excited to indulge in my food, the worker brings out my food hands it to me and says have a nice day. But like any other fast foodie you're going to check that bag and make sure everything is there but before I opened the bag all the way what did I find HAIR, now some may say it's my own but im bald!!! Took it back in there and didn't make a scene and showed it to him quietly!! He thanked me and promised he will "HOOK" me up! Ok bet now I'm thinking im getting a few more chicken strips. Get home nada!! Now i wasn't mad about the extras but i was mad at the fact he didn't address the fact the he,nor his cook, nor his cashier was wearing hairnets! Definitely won't be back! We'll not to this location!!

The food was very good this time around and the crew looked like they were all new. But they were not walking around in the back talking on their phones. The last crew had two that wanted to talk on the phone over making the food yes it's hard to find good help that wants to work but when you find them keep paying them a little more to keep them is worth it in the long run. The chicken crust was light and fluffy and the chicken was tender all the way thru. Just the way it should be if you took the time at home to make it.
