I came in and this young girl Kayly was super nice she was over the top and made my experience very pleasant. She also gave me a sample of the ice cream because I wasn’t so sure about it. Anyways good stuff

When I walked in for the first time, the black girl looked at me and didn't even say hello, than i said hello to her and she just turned her back to me and walked away, another young lady began to help me and she was very polite I got my order and realized that this place is run by a bunch of teenagers, Don't expect common courtesy from this place..

I have been to this location probably 5 times now and 4 out of he 5 times the rolls have been over cooked so much that you can’t cut through them. Cinnamon rolls are my treat of choice and I was so excited when this opened near by. But I will stop wasting my money here. So disappointed.

This place is a total rip-off. I paid for a cup of ice cream and they gave me barely a few spoons — the rest was just an empty cup. One time they’ll give me a decent portion, and the next time it’s like they’re selling air. It’s completely inconsistent and honestly ridiculous for the price they charge. Not worth it at all.

I’m an Activities Director for a retirement community and I brought some of my residents here to enjoy a sweet treat. All of them thoroughly enjoyed themselves and the two ladies who were there to assist were more than patient! I can’t thank them enough! It’s always hard to bring large groups of seniors out anywhere and they were friendly, prompt, and patient with my seniors. I enjoyed an ice cream cookie sandwich and it was delicious, my residents took advantage of the Monday bogo deals for sundaes. 10/10 do recommend and will be back again!

I was really anticipating trying this spot out. It was okay but nothing to write home about. It's also out in the middle of nowhere. So if you see one and want to try it I definitely would. It's not super over priced so that's nice. But I just wasn't as impressed as I thought I would be.
We’re originally from NY and have been dying for a Carvel to open. Now, we get the best of both worlds with Cinnabon! Great service to go along with a great idea! Well worth the drive from Queen Creek.

I want to give them 4 stars so badly because I Love Cinnabons! They are just so warm gooey sweet delicious. However, this new location has got to learn how to use their oven! Every single Cinnabon I have ordered from there I end up eating the 2 most outter layers and the rest of the inside is so gooey it's doughy and not cooked! I love soft almost underbaked cookies etc so trust me when I say I am not picky about this. They are so doughy I can literally pull the Dough like play dough and it doesn't break off like bread that's fully cooked. The Cinnabon at arrowhead mall makes them perfect! But unfortunately this new lake pleasant location has led to many thrown out after eating half. And that's such a disappointing situation. The ice cream, however, is delicious and they have some fun takes on mixing soft serve with the Cinnabon. Just a side note I even tried the minibon to see if those cooked through and they were not either :( . Also the staff isn't rude but they aren't super nice either. They just seem to wanna get you in and out and move on. I love Cinnabon and I'd love the manager to make sure they are all able to fully cook the rolls, and then I can update to 4 stars!! :)
