The staff is friendly, and the ice cream is always great. The waffle bowl was so hard I could barely break it into pieces.

Purchased a “Gotta Have It” they realized they didn’t fill the cup so they plopped a scoop of vanilla ice cream. Really?!? Plus they only put 1 brownie. I rather drive 5 extra miles to another location or go to another ice cream shop. This is not the first time they have messed up our orders.
Will not be returning to this store!!!!

Delicious ice cream with toppings and other assorted chocolate treats. The pints of premade ice cream are the best value.

Stacey? Or Tracey? The blonde teen working Sunday 2/4 closing shift. Total B. My husband got there 10 min before closing and she was v upsetti by that. Huffing and puffing to the point the customers were so uncomfortable and it was awkward. She was rushing and being sooo rude. She needs an attitude adjustment

Just as delicious as any other Cold Stone location but a twist! This location is also a Rocky Mountain Chocolate Factory. We grabbed some mixed ice cream and also a caramel apple, what a combo. Definitely recommend to anyone looking for dessert in the area.

This location is great because they have a Rocky Mountain Chocolate Factory inside, but that is where their greatness ends. For the last 4 years the employees they hire are just rude.I get teenagers are not the most self aware people but jeez.

How ugly it is to tell a 4 years old to shh when he is singing? Today my 4 years old was extremely scared of you and threw his little ice cream away as soon as we left. We will never come back. Sad I left you $7 tip for his little cup. I wish he told me right when you did it so I would have talked to you in person. Never shh any kid. They are innocent little people.
