I am so impressed with the cake that I picked up from cold stone from my daughter’s 15th birthday. She was looking forward to an ice cream cake, and we didn’t know if we could make it happen in such short notice, but cold stone came through. They made sure that they got it to me on time even a little earlier than expected. Everyone at the party was so impressed on how beautiful it was and the taste was amazing. Many people at the party, wanted the information to be able to purchase their cakes. I would highly recommend this company. It was fast, friendly, and delicious.

I recently ordered an ice cream cake from Cold Stone, and it was absolutely delicious! The cake was rich, creamy, and perfectly balanced in flavor. The presentation was beautiful, and it was a big hit with everyone. The staff was friendly and helpful, making the entire experience enjoyable. Definitely a great place to go for a sweet treat or a special dessert. Highly recommend! 🍨🎂

Service is always fast and the one girl with the cute heart glasses mixes the ice cream well. They should get marshmallow creme as a filling

I love the ice-cream but the employee that was serving us was speaking over his bluetooth earpiece to someone the entire time and provided little to no customer service and I ordered a waffle bowl and it tasted super stale

I went in to get an Oreo ice cream taco. When I ordered one it looked NOTHING like how it’s advertised online and at the shop. There was no chocolate on top and it was just so disappointing. I know it’s first world problems but when you’re paying 12 dollars for frozen ice cream it better look close to what I asked for. I’m giving this Cold Stone 2 starts because at least the employee offered to drizzle fudge on top.

Friendly service, nice selection and stock of ice cream, ice cream tasted great, nice cool dining area to sit and relax. 😊🍦TY

Just okay wouldn’t go out of my way to go to this place. Not very clean but typical for Cold Stones

I am a consistent customer of cold stone just cause I love the ice cream, I come to this location frequently cause it’s the closest. I put in my mobile order it said it would be ready at 8:51 I get there it was kind of busy nothing crazy I did not walk out till after 9:15 I didn’t get help with my order till 9:05 even then they told me they were working on it then they never did just to find out it was in the freezer the whole dang time people were arriving after me and leaving before me. Unacceptable.

Ordered two milkshakes.. they were VERY liquidy/milky barley any ice cream :/ never had that happen at cold stone before it’s usually nice and thick

Great ice cream and service. While it was a bit busy, employees kept the line moving, and Klaus had a fun and pleasant vibe that helped make the night fun. Thanks guys

When I made a purchase the cashier she put a 6 dollar tip on my card without asking if I wanted to tip.

Bro I’ve tipping this place for the longest !! Just found out the owner keeps the tips n does not share with employees that work soo hard taht are so nice n patient this is unfair this owner should be ashamed taken from their employees plus washing her feet in the back on the sink
