When I made a purchase the cashier she put a 6 dollar tip on my card without asking if I wanted to tip.

Bro I’ve tipping this place for the longest !! Just found out the owner keeps the tips n does not share with employees that work soo hard taht are so nice n patient this is unfair this owner should be ashamed taken from their employees plus washing her feet in the back on the sink

The last time my son and I had their ice cream, it was so sweet, it was gagging. Whoever makes their ice cream must have thought that more corn syrup or sugar would be better. The first time in all these years we tossed it in the garbage and never went back, and that was several years ago that we last ate there. We don't plan on coming back again. Also, I'm sure they changed their recipe, because the cheesecake ice cream no longer tastes like it used to. Certainly no longer the flavor of cheese cake.

The serving area was not clean and my ice cream has pieces of red velvet in it. I'm a big fan of cold stone but the cleanliness of this store needed work. My ice cream tastes different. My bag broke while walking up my stairs and I almost lost all my ice cream. I do not go to this cold stone and most likely not go back to that one. Their machine was broken for points and the guy told me I will not get points for this order. I love cold stone and never had issues before.

We went to this Coldstone with our two girls and had an amazing experience! They were incredibly kind and patient and went out of their way to make our experience incredible! Even though the employees are young, I can tell that they are very attentive to their customers and their work!

Cold Stone creamery is my go-to place when I have a sweet tooth. I also have delivery that is very affordable. So many flavors of ice cream and tons of add-ins for everyone's liking. This specific location is very clean and the staff was extremely friendly. I will definitely be back to try all the other flavors. Don't forget to download the app to get good coupons and deals.

One of the most disgusting service I’ve ever received. We walked in and watched two employees prep ice cream for a few customers ahead of us without gloves. Each time without washing hands as well, and transferring to the next customer. Once I mentioned it to him he sarcastically said “do you want me to put gloves on” and clearly did not care about the concern of customers. On our way out we watched him not pay any mind and continue on without gloves to serve the next customers.

They do not have a pick up area, if tou order online you still have to wait for all the customers before you to be served, plus the girls have a really bad vibe, like you did something to them, or they just hate their job. Last time here!

Service is good we went out with two families people who are working are patient with us we went with 6 kids even though they took for everyone to decide what to order they were patient and took the order and got them right for the price We got a lot of ice cream so this before you size. We got the biggest one and we can't finish it by one person. I recommend this location.

Not good quality ice cream.

First time here today the ice cream was horrible and the customer service was horrible save your money people. The place is dirty as well.
