My family and I love Culver’s, the food is always good, it’s always hot, and it’s typically ready whenever we get there using our mobile app. The chili is really good. My sister is a huge fan of the chili cheese fries. She will eat a whole family size over two days . Yes she is a monster lol. I always love the sourdough burger with the grilled onions. I typically get a double and crinkle cut fries when I go. I will also opt for their frozen custard with vanilla and caramel. Their fresh custard is to die for. This location is typically speedy and accurate. I can’t recall a time that we had a major issue any order for that matter. If you need a quick bite, but want something higher quality than McDonald’s or Jack-in-the-Box located directly across the street either south or east, go ahead and aim for Culver’s. You won’t be disappointed.

Came into the store at 83rd Avenue and Deer Valley tonight with my 2-year-old and 4 year old grandsons, before I could even place my order the line cook in the back dropped the F-bomb six times very loudly. I've always loved the family atmosphere except for tonight very disappointed

Usually I have good experiences here, but today was very out of line. While refilling my drink, I overheard an employee whose name tag said Braeden high-fiving and laughing about a political figure dying. I don’t care about your political beliefs. No one should be celebrating death, regardless of party, let alone as an employee so loudly in front of others. When I sat back down, other guests around me were also commenting on how inappropriate and uncomfortable it was, and it really felt like the whole room was put off by it. It left me questioning why I’d want someone with that mindset handling food. If your staff thinks that kind of behavior is acceptable around customers, it shows a serious management problem. Totally inappropriate and the owners need to address this. I won’t be returning.

Last time I went to this location, we got overcharged for one of our meals. Tried this place out again because I was wanting some custard and it tasted like I was swallowing a tablespoon of salt. Not sure why my ice cream was salty but I took two bites and couldn’t even finish it!

Been here 4 or 5 times in the drive through they get my order wrong every single time. I order a burger with all vegetables and just mustard. How hard is it? Today I get it with no vegetables and plus ketchup. It's like they do it on purpose. I won't be back.

Great hamburger. A pleasure to customize it easily, instead of removing a bunch of items and hoping they get it right, you just tell them what you do want. I wish they had one in the Vistancia area, this is about 15 minute drive,not too bad but would be a regular if closer

Love Culver’s just not this location. If you have a coupon, definitely go to a different location as they don’t allow you to use them on certain meals. They definitely need to improve their customer service.

I went to Culver’s with my family and was met with extreme attitude. The employees we laughing and goofing of with a friend at the counter (which is fine it just took multiple minutes to get their attention) then when the Mustafa was taking our order he was not paying attention, was very rude, and messed up our order. While that place the baggers were throwing profane language out like sailors next to my child which is completely inappropriate and unacceptable! When we got out order it was good… except for the part where the forgot a burger. Overall I would not come back to this location again.

This place used to be amazing, but it seems like when these places get busy, their food starts to suck after a while. I think they hired a bunch of young kids and now their food is just OK. Burgers are usually always good (at other restaurants) but their chicken sandwiches are terrible
