2026-Jan-5 -- A note for new users: Drinks/Desserts are not placed in the bags like McDonalds does. I learned this during my stay. After placing my order, Mustafa returned with two large bags. He asked if everything on the receipt looked correct, handed me the two large bags, I handed him the number card, and then I left on my merry way. The receipt was correct, but they forgot to give me the three concrete ice creams, as none of them were in the bags. I drove back and Sarah had informed me they had thrown the concrete in the trash and new ones had to be made. Aside from this issue, the building looked nice and clean while I waited. Ambience wasn't loud. The food was fine. Parking was easy to find. Overall, a nice looking location.

Quality is hit or miss sometimes but i would much rather come here and spend my $10-15 then McDonald’s who can’t manage to put a slice of cheese on correctly lol
Edit: quality is more on the bad side now.. the past two times going through the drive thru they can’t remember a chicken sandwich in the bag 😪 I ordered a burger tonight and they can’t even put the cheese on straight, do better Culver’s…

Have to walk in to a store for pickup when it was ready and could easily just hand it through the window is ridiculous to me. Isn't placing the order and saying it for me enough just another way to drag things on for the customer I guess. Not like im a delivery driver that needs to confirm it. It was an online order for pickup.
Today I’m at Culver’s in Peoria on a strict budget decided to stop here get some french fries I new here and thought this is their one chance to get a customer for me so I ordered a small fry you pay for it and they send you to the next spot you’re assuming you’re getting your food made fresh and let me just say on a sidenote that I asked for fry sauce and they charged for it but back to the quality of the food when I received my small fry. It was not a full order and it was cold. It seemed like all I got was the crumbs if you know what I mean, like the bottom of the fries with the hard pieces, it was very disappointed. Where I’m from they didn’t have a Culver’s so I was excited to try it and I will never come here again. I was really disappointed and if you guys follow me, you know that I love doing good reviews, but this is not one of them. Also, you would think that considering the french fries was all I ordered that they could do a little better with giving me something to eat. I can see now why there’s not very many people at this location when I drive-by.

I like to review fairly, but it's tough to give this Culver's less than 5 stars. The menu is robust, the food is good, and the staff is friendly (that's a big one for me). Their custard beats any other fast food ice cream by a mile and I would encourage folks to try some of their other menu items, like the fried shrimp. Round it all out with great side selections, kids meals, and fair prices and you've got a no brainer. They can get very busy at dinner so I recommend ordering ahead via their app whether you plan to take out or dinner in.

The staff does a pretty good job handling the rush, and is always friendly. The consistency of quailty for the food is lacking, but that is typical with any fast food place.
