My family and I love coming for the food items whenever we are craving burgers & tenders. It's always fresh, tasty, & pricing is good. Employees are always friendly as well.

The girl that works at the window is so rude. She seems like she’s mentally unstable. She gave me the wrong change back, and when I asked her, she argued with me and give me a melted Ice cream cone running down my arm I would never return to this location

Okay we always go to this dairy Queen and every time our orders are messed up I always write it on a paper and today my brother went to go pick up food and it was wrong again by the time he gets home and he walks. I called to talk to them about it and the lady was very rude, disrespectful and giving me a hard time and I asked her. Can I speak to the manager and she says I am the manager I said. Can you let me finish please. She said no. I'm done. I'm done she goes. You need to be checking your bags before you leave the store. That is very rude. What poor customer service.

If I could give this location 0 stars I would. The staff at this location messed up my order and I didn’t realize this until I had arrived back home. I called the store and informed them of the situation and not once did I receive an apology. As soon as I came back to the store, one of their staff member assisted me and provided one of the worst customer services I’ve ever seen at a fast food chain. If the owner sees this comment, I’d love to go over in details of this disastrous experience in person.
