Disappointing getting half a blizzard. Ordered the new peanut butter cookie dough blizzard, but there was no cookie dough when I got home! So much for trying a new flavor….

I went to Dairy Queen drive through last night and order the chocolate brownie extreme mini blizzard. As I drove off,I started eating the ice cream and only kept getting chocolate pieces that tasted like peanut butter cups.Which was strange because I don’t recall that being an ingredient in the choco brownie extreme. I continued to eat the blizzard waiting to come across a brownie and got towards the end and realized there was no brownie pieces. I called Dairy Queen andSpoke with Layla, the manager, and asked her what was supposed to go inside of the blizzard. She confirmed chocolate bites and brownies. I told her there were no brownies in mine and that’s what I really wanted. She told me to bring the product back and she would exchange it. I told her I had ate most of it because I was expecting for the brownie to be at the bottom because sometimes they don’t mix it all the way. She said just bring it in.So today I went I exchange my ice cream and she declined. I didn’t get what I paid for andAll I wanted was my ice cream with brownie.She refused to do anything for me. Poor customer service all around.I’m sooo annoyed. Especially because I’m 9Months pregnant and wanted what I wasCraving and promised by Layla.

Patient, friendly staff. My only complaint is this location has a lengthy history of not mixing Blizzards thoroughly (top half is good, bottom half is often plain vanilla, or nearly so). Bathrooms require staff assistance to enter.

The first girl I talked to in the drive thru seemed nice but the inconvenience was too much. I was told pickup orders have to be picked up inside instead of the drive thru, so I waited awhile in the drive thru unable to move unfortunately……just doesn’t make a whole lot of sense. Then they made me show my phone proving it was my order…I showed them and then they told me to show it one more time and then started giggling and smirking at me. That interaction seemed highly toxic.
Stood at counter for s good 5-7 minutes before i was even acknowledged, and then the young lady with the discoloration around her mouth was super rude, and if she were to work for me, I would’ve totally fired her and I could’ve been rude right back because it totally would’ve been justified but I didn’tParking: PlentyKid-friendliness: YesWheelchair accessibility: Yes

The only tricky thing about this location is the parking lot and drive thru. It is small so the line ends up blocking one of the entrance/exits.The ice cream is great!

I went to get ice cream tonight. I ordered a large sundae with sprinkles and I order a large twist cone. This is the large sundae and the cone was larger than my sundae. I asked if this is a large and her response was ya 9ounces! This sundae is not large or 9
