Last night was horrible big thanks to the girl worker last night alexie thank you for making the whole experience horrible won't be coming back if you don't like working and being a employee just quit you don't need to make everyones else day miserable by being there your customers should come first it's not that hard to hand out a soda without basically throwing it in my car or a ice cream without a attitude and don't snatch money out my hands I don't know what your problem is if you have issues just say it who ever comes here watch out for her
Horrible customer service by the girl cleaning the lobby and practically telling us we’re not welcome. Google hours state close at midnight and their sign also displays closed at midnight, as well as neon light OPEN sign. Got there at 9:30pm to be told they close at 10pm. To pretty much not make a mess because she just cleaned. Whilst her boyfriend sitting in the lobby. Completely ruined our ice cream with family before we departed the next day from visiting for funeral service. We are our blizzards quickly because it was that uncomfortable to enjoy inside, we went outside to conclude our visit. When I asked her what time they close when she went outside to throw out garbage, she literally said, “ I wasn’t kicking you out”… hmmm nobody said that, except you, so yes you sure did! Horrible behavior. I said maybe let management know to change your google hours and posted hours, she said corporate doesn’t care. Really? Okay! We got blizzards and left with disappointment.
Brody should be manager at this location, this guy was the only person working here when I showed up with 10 people for my daughters birthday and he knocked all of their orders out right away while also attending to the drive thru and all the other customers. Great customer service!
