This is a review over several years of visits so I have no doubt nothing will change but one can hope. Every time I have gone they are always out of flavors and items whether it’s for a Blizzard or even a Dilly Bar. At one point I had to say maybe you should just tell me what you do have, that would be easier. I usually go through drive-thru but the time I went inside it was extremely hot inside. The most recent visit had a list of items they are out of taped to the speaker. I received my 2 small Blizzards and was on my way. They were good. When I arrived home I glanced at my receipt and noticed one blizzard was more expensive than the other. I was charged for a medium and a small but received 2 smalls. Might have been a honest mistake but judging by the lack of inventory I feel this goes above management. This franchise owner is failing. We love DQ but not this one.

Pulled up to the speaker in the drive thru. Waited 4 minutes and then drove around to find a tan truck at the window where the DQ employee was talking with the car driver. I waited and while listening to her complain about her job. My granddaughter kept asking me how come it’s taking so long. The truck in front of us the whole time didn’t receive any food. Finally the truck left and I asked why did it take so long and she said she was on the phone. Then she gave my granddaughter Blizzard without a top , ice cream not filled up and no napkins. Very rude. No name tag. I have a picture and the receipt.

I’d give zero or negative if available. Management was absolutely disgusting and rude. The young boys that worked there were compeletly disrespectful over the intercom to where we thought it was someone messing with us and proceeded to pull forward and the same boys continued to be rude. Refused to let us look at the menu or anything. Awful. None of them should be in customer service. Paid for the ice cream and threw it out because who knows what they did to it after the way they acted.

Google says 1030 and apparently they close at 10. Showed up at 940 and they decided to not serve me, apparently they only had dilly bars ??‍♀️ Hasn't been the first time they do this, they needs to update hours of operation and hire staff that actually want to work & follow the policies.

Dairy Queen is usually Great, and this place has Great ice cream, drinks, and they even have hot dogs and some small food items. I will definitely be back to this Dairy Queen!

Okay, I still had the bad experience below, but they made it right the next day. Magan, the manager, gave me a refund, and Caleb Asst Manager proved the DQ can make my fav drink thick enough to flip upside down. That's how I am used to having it, but for some time, i have been told it can't be done. Bravo Caleb, and thank you for my delicious bday blizzard. You turned it into a win!**** I took my 86-year-old mom to celebrate both our birthdays to get a blizzard. Keep in mind they advertise blizzards so thick you can turn them over. Well, this did not happen, and both were runny and didn't even taste like the normal blizzards we always get. Horrible service, and those young kids don't know what they are doing. It cost me 14 dollars and another dollar for extra toppings when I came back around, so there was some flavor. I was so disappointed, and I want my money back or better yet have this owner send me 20.00 in credit for the waste of time and money. I am sick of sorry and we lose. Terrible birthday ice cream. ?‍? ?
