Great price for water, and I really appreciated that they took the time to show me their filtration system—definitely gives you confidence that it’s not just some hamster powering the thing, from the city faucet lol.
The only downside, and the reason for the 3 stars, is that they’re not consistent with their posted hours. I’ve come by several times during business hours only to find the place closed. I understand staffing can be a challenge, but you’d expect the owner to step in if needed to make sure the store operates as advertised. It’s disappointing to make the trip only to find them closed. Hoping they fix this soon.
Very warm inside! Staff was nice but was not advised that it was self serve until after I just stood there after paying.
Great customer service. I appreciate that I can prepay with my credit card and the next several times I come in they'll just mark it off of my prepay card.

Ice ice baby! Great price on 25 pounds of ice $2.50 they have smaller bags but that's big one is best value compared to all the other places I've researched. On a fixed income you have to research everything that you know you will purchase over and over to get best deal AND best service. I like dealing with local businesses wherever possible. I have met several people that work there. All very laid back and friendly and...their ice cream is incredible. "Thrifty" I think is what the brand was...anyway they got automated water dispenser out front etc....I found my ice store.
