Using an offer for a 1$ crunchtada tosdada & scraping money off a plasma donation card I was able to get this. The bean burrito and a chipotle chicken roller. I drive here from Phoenix to go to the gym, needless to say I worked up an appetite I have a long drive home and I don't want to cook. I didn't realize until now that it's 5 minutes before closing. And the person at the speaker says that the system is down and they can't take orders. They can't even see my online order/app. I told them that I paid already and I can't contact the bank because it's from a plasma prepaid card with tears in my eyes I asked her just to make the order and they did. I hope this doesn't get anyone in trouble or mess up inventory but I would be out of money and unable to pick up a different meal on the way home because on my end of the order went through and was paid for. Is Thanksgiving season and I'm so thankful for del Taco employees for taking the time to help me out they did not have to do that if the system is down. Some people would not care and just not even answer if I came to the window and this is so much down. I will gladly spend my last dollar here again. Thank you so much to that woman. Del Taco is such a treat and even though it was so close to closing time everything tasted great.

Picked up a dbl bacon cheeseburger for a co-worker today, which had bacon bits NOT strips of bacon. We all had a good laugh and spread the word. This is why we dont eat Del Taco food!!..
The chicken street tacos are affordable and taste great! Service here is good.

Poor quality food lately and I've been going to this location since it 1st opened!! And why is there beans in the Epic Grilled Chicken Guacamole Burrito?? There definitely shouldn't be and at $8 price range... has the franchise owners never seen the huge burritos you can get in Filibertos absolutely full of good quality steak or chicken for about the same price and double the size and not to mention anytime you order anything with guacamole in it they are so stingy with it and act like it's so expensive they can only give you like a tablespoon it's ridiculous give customers what they paid for and they're definitely should not be beans in the Epic grilled chicken guacamole burrito if I wanted a bean burrito I would have ordered a bean burrito duh!!

First of all people should greet you even if the store has Kiosk, or maybe it's your first time back and don't know how to use it! You have 5 worker's and not one acknowledged me! I had to say excuse me can I get our cups. The food has way to much cheese and lettuce. The different burritos were not labeled. We had to see which one had sourcream. The restaurant temperature was hot..the Westside windows need shade. The worker's play around by work area.
Do Not go Inside. Disgustingly dirty eating area. Hot Inside(even the cook had a big box fan). Lazy employees despite using kiosks to take orders. Just sad & depressing to see for a location that has been in place for a very long time and gets plenty of business to afford doing better
