The portions are an absolute scam. I got maybe 2 bites of pulled pork in this 22 dollar 3 meat platter. The “three meat platter” is packaged in a sandwich container🤣

My first order from here was 4 sliders on 10/22 for $2.99, they were really good so I came back today 10/28 to order the same thing. They increased the price to $4.49 per slider so I just ordered a Texas Brisket Sandwich for $12.49. It was the same size as the sliders, very small portion and I expected more food for the money.

They always send an email with a special, but when you click on, it requires going to the app and starting from scratch. I go into the app and if it accepts my log in, and if it puts in the code, then it does not accept payment. Sometimes the workers will assist. Then, most of the time, the QR will not scan so the purchase can count towards points.
It is equally hard getting a soft roll with an adequate amount of tender, juicy meat. They could brighten the dining area too. All in all, it is a big improvement since they closed down and re-opened. I have only encountered rude staff twice at this location.

Called their number, rings once and hangs up. This was for 7th St and Greenway rd.

Location was dead when I arrived. All 3 employees were hiding on their phones.

Restaurant looked dirty and like just a storage area. Cashier didn’t know how to use rewards.

No more free ice cream. Beef was fatty and cold. Barbecue sauce warmer was not plugged in and all the sauces are cold. Drink options are very limited. And they have refrigerators and freezers stored all over the dining room.

I hope I don’t get food poisoning..

Very odd place. Definitely not the same experience I remembered from dickies in the past. This location looks like it’s on its way out the door and getting ready for a shut down ASAP.

So, Dickeys has always been good. From Texas to Arizona, i can say that the food, mostly the meats are good.
Some sides are subpar, such as Mac and cheese. Cooked too long,
The crew was alright and gave a good service
I wouldn't say a great service, but good enough to not upset anyone.
HOWEVER..... the price.
I had a pulled pork sandwich about 6 inches, some fries and a drink, and my significant other had some briskets, green beans, and Mac and cheese, and a drink as well for 36 dollars.
I used to have pretty much the same about 4,5 years ago for about 20 bucks, in Arlington, Texas.
Store was clean, sweet tea was perfectly made.
