I ordered the three-meat combo, which was supposed to include sliced brisket. When I got home, all I had was minced meat—zero sliced brisket like the menu photos show. The “garlic toast” was really just plain buttered bread. The flavor was fine, but what I received didn’t match what was advertised. Not sure this will be a repeat place for me.
My first order from here was 4 sliders on 10/22 for $2.99, they were really good so I came back today 10/28 to order the same thing. They increased the price to $4.49 per slider so I just ordered a Texas Brisket Sandwich for $12.49. It was the same size as the sliders, very small portion and I expected more food for the money.
They always send an email with a special, but when you click on, it requires going to the app and starting from scratch. I go into the app and if it accepts my log in, and if it puts in the code, then it does not accept payment. Sometimes the workers will assist. Then, most of the time, the QR will not scan so the purchase can count towards points.
It is equally hard getting a soft roll with an adequate amount of tender, juicy meat. They could brighten the dining area...
