Domino's Pizza

This location has poor serive. Everytime I order from this location , something is missing from my order . Yall need to be shut down honestly

On 7-11-2025 I had ordered a pizza with no sauce but was given a pizza with sauce. Took it back to the store and was told I had to buy another pizza because it was last shifts mistake. It has nothing to do with the second shift. So I paid for the same pizza twice and it was still not right. Missing toppings but charged full price for the original one. Told the manager doesn’t allow them to redo pizzas because it messes up their sales for the day on each shift. Just feeling ripped off!!!

I doubt I will ever order from Domino's Pizza again when there are other pizza places in A.Z. that make almost great pizza. Domino's makes alright, generic style Pizza's But the wings are absolutely terrible, A disgrace to the City of Buffalo N.Y. and a disgrace to real Buffalo Wings, we ordered the Garlic Parmesan wings, ugh they were disgusting covered in some white sauce that didn't taste like Garlic and didn't have parmesan cheese, were not crispy. I gave the rest my kids wouldn't eat to someone who was hungrier than us, and they were grateful so it worked out well. And then the server was trying to tell us how he has a credit score of 850 because he pays his bills on time with a very strange implication that he didn't like us when we came in lol 😆 oh, please.. tell me more!

Place literally robbed me ordered the 2 for 6.99 deal as I always do. They delivered one pizza saying only ordered one for 24.00 bucks. Worst place ever dominos suck

Good service but I ordered the “cheesy” marinara sauce and the cheese was so watery, not cheesy at all. Idk if that’s just how it’s supposed to look but if it is, IT IS not good at all so don’t order it.

The restaurant looked very clean. They had a bunch of pizza boxes all staged and it looked a little cluttered, but it was Saturday night, so they were most likely getting a lot of orders, so I understand. I interacted with four different employees, and they were all very kind and professional! I was very satisfied with the service!

The only issue that I had with this place was the actual pizza. Unfortunately it was very doughy and severely undercooked. The cheese, sauce and toppings weren’t bad at all, but the dough was very disappointing. It took a tremendous amount of unnecessary effort to chew, because the dough seemed as if it was not cooked. It was a bit of a let down. But as I said, they were seemingly very busy, and given the time of day/week that I went in.

I can completely understand that not every single pizza was made 100% perfectly. I’m just bummed it was me who had the less than perfect pie, because nobody wants less than the best!

However, I will gladly go back to this location for their service, and proximity to my house! I would still gladly recommend this Domino’s!

This dominoes has SERIOUS parking issues that need to be addressed!! Most of time when I order pick-up, there's somebody taking multiple spots or parked on the red curb, making it impossible to get into a spot and park. A few weeks ago I pulled in and there was a suv parked diagonally across three spots. I told it to the person inside and he just laugh at me. This business has absolutely ZERO control of their parking lot!!! Lately I've been going to a different location just because the parking situation is so bad here and THEY DON'T CARE!!

Always got good pizza. I love the pepperoni, it's amazing.Especially when you order double, they put a lot of pepperonis on it

Thank you so much for this morning! My son is autistic, he has been great so I ordered him pizza. Every 2 weeks (heads up now). Had a problem. Pizza delivery was at the school, card declined and hungry kidos. I called the store and the gentleman was really busy. He managed to help me i between making 17 pizzas ( he said). I am so appreciated all the help this morning. Autism can be hard. Thank you and your staff for making his day, better! We will continue to ordered. Please thank the gentleman that helped me. The customer service is terrible at this location. I had a BD party for my son and we preferred pizza with dipping cup. The pizza came out burned and missing the dipping cup. Called and the customer service was rude and answer “ sorry we can’t do anything”. They ruined my son party with the food we ordered. They really need to work on their delivery service.

Ordered brownies and they were raw inside and looked deflated. They were inedible but employee insisted they went through his powerful oven so they must have had a rough ride over. I offered to send photos, asked for more to be delivered and was told it would be 90 minutes. He said I'd receive a credit on my account. I seldomly order from Dominos, so I'm just out of my money!? What's happened to customer service?

I ordered for delivery and that's what I expect for giving a tip and paying a 6 dollar delivery fee.
I provided a gate code and proper address, we have ordered from here several times. Then to have driver say my gate code is not working and can't get in, I proceed to get dressed and drive to the gate to let him in. The driver was not there and definitely not in my neighborhood.
If I wanted to carry out, I would've ordered carrie out. The manager had nothing to say but was the food finally delivered? Yes and it was cold. And he said, that's all we can do.Thanks for ordering with domino's.
Great customer service.What a joke.Thanks for wasting my time for calling in a delivery. Definitely not worth forty bucks.
