Has gone down hill over the last month. Pizzas were good when we first started ordering from here now they’re all very subpar. They NEVER add the extra cheese anymore and every pizza is LOADED with way too much sauce.

Ordered 1 large cheese and 1 large pepperoni. Charged me $68. Called and the manager who said we ordered 3 cheese. We did not!. Said trusted the employees to get it right. I DID NOT order 3 cheese. Refused refund. What a rip off

This location has so much potential — it could easily make far more money and earn a great reputation if not for two employees, Anthony and Eric.

From a customer’s perspective, and based on multiple visits, both individuals consistently come across as unmotivated and dismissive. On one occasion, I even walked out because Anthony claimed he was “too busy” to take my order. That’s simply unacceptable customer service. It’s clear that these two struggle with professionalism and leadership, and it’s affecting the entire experience for everyone who walks in the door.

I’m not alone in this. Friends and neighbors have shared nearly identical experiences at this store, specifically involving Anthony and Eric.

The difference is night and day when Maggie or other team members are in charge — the atmosphere improves immediately, and the service feels welcoming again. If that consistency existed, I’d be a regular customer.

However, as long as Anthony and Eric remain employed at this location, I won’t be returning. I plan to discuss this issue on my podcast, which reaches a large audience, and conduct a listener survey to see if others have had similar experiences.

No customer should ever be turned away because an employee is “too busy.” If Anthony can’t handle the role, he should be reassigned to a position better suited to his abilities. Until leadership addresses this issue, the store’s reputation and profits will continue to suffer.

Don’t order late from this place they deliver pizza with incorrect Ingredients and the regular delivery driver throws your pizza on the ground way outside your door. I actually went to the location to correct the order and the pizza delivery driver openly admits to doing it. Then threatened me with violence. Before the other employee female calms him down. Worst pizza place experience I’ve ever had. I usually don’t have a problem but my food being treated this way has happened more than once. If you tip after she said dominoes gets none of it according to the other employee. Using DoorDash or the online ordering, this the second or third time this has happened where my food was tossed was the sidewalk last time. Delivery driver was unprofessional and should not be handling food ever ! Total nut case. Ambiance was terrible who are they hiring to work at dominos nowadays?

Placed an order for 3 pizzas and when my husband walked in the manager was using her bare hands to put the toppings on the pizza no gloves or anything and no washing in between. For a person like me that has severe mushroom allergies this makes me concerned for eating the pizza I ordered.

Food and delivery was good, I don’t appreciate delivery driver Han knocking on my door like if he was the police because he accidentally gave us his “dinner” other then that food was good.

Super disappointed to learn that the tip given to the employee who served my husband in store was taken from him to distribute to in store employees only, excluding him entirely. The man who greeted my husband and performed the extra service of double cutting the pizzas just happened to be a delivery driver. Regardless, he was the one who served us and he was the one the tip was given to. If in-store tips are to be shared, he should've been included in the shared tips or don't expect drivers to help in store customers.

Huge shoutout to the crew working 08/13 around 430pm! Absolutely perfect. Everything was 11 out of 10! Perfectly made and cooked pizza, the wings were addicting and the lava cakes were fudgey! Delivery was very quick and the driver was friendly. Can't wait to order again! Seriously awesome!!

On 7-11-2025 I had ordered a pizza with no sauce but was given a pizza with sauce. Took it back to the store and was told I had to buy another pizza because it was last shifts mistake. It has nothing to do with the second shift. So I paid for the same pizza twice and it was still not right. Missing toppings but charged full price for the original one. Told the manager doesn’t allow them to redo pizzas because it messes up their sales for the day on each shift. Just feeling ripped off!!!

I doubt I will ever order from Domino's Pizza again when there are other pizza places in A.Z. that make almost great pizza. Domino's makes alright, generic style Pizza's But the wings are absolutely terrible, A disgrace to the City of Buffalo N.Y. and a disgrace to real Buffalo Wings, we ordered the Garlic Parmesan wings, ugh they were disgusting covered in some white sauce that didn't taste like Garlic and didn't have parmesan cheese, were not crispy. I gave the rest my kids wouldn't eat to someone who was hungrier than us, and they were grateful so it worked out well. And then the server was trying to tell us how he has a credit score of 850 because he pays his bills on time with a very strange implication that he didn't like us when we came in lol 😆 oh, please.. tell me more!
