I placed a mobile order the day before we needed our pizza. Day of, the pizza didn’t arrive on time so I called to inquire if there was an issue. They let us know they had cancelled our order. No call, no text, just an email sent 10 minutes prior to when our pizza was supposed to be delivered. They said we were welcome to place a new order but it would be over an hour before it would be delivered. I had 10 hungry people and no food. Obviously we won’t be ordering from Dominos again.

I placed an order for $56, I called ahead to mention I only had $100 to see if the could make change. The store manager said no and the order was cancelled and I called Papa John’s for cheaper and they could provide change after my tip.

Get the perfect combo, online only but its 2 medium 1 topping pizzas, 18ct garlic knots and the cinnamon twists for $19.99. Some of the stores even give you a 2ltr soda too. It's a good deal.

The food was good, but we had issues with ordering and delivery on multiple occasions. One night, we ordered 2 pizzas and were set to go, order would arrive in 40 minutes. The time goes by, and we wait. Over an hour goes, and we call just to hear they haven't even started our order, no reason was given. Another 30 minutes, and they tell us they can't deliver, no reason was given. We drove to get it and by the time we got back, it was already cold and firm. The most recent time, we ordered and were told AFTER putting in the order that they could not deliver because we were out of range for delivery, 15 minutes away. The food was mediocre, but at least we were given a reason and were told to get it BEFORE the food was ready and waiting. Really frustrating experience unfortunately.

While using doordash, I attempted to place an order and was given a notification that I must have a subtotal of $17. I havent encountered a required subtotal from other places, and find it to be your way of saying you dont want my business. I am hungry and dont want to purchase more than what I need to be full. I am being refused service. = a 1 star atmosphere...
Horrible service, and horrible pizza. The manager called me back saying I was wrong and needed to learn how to order. As a 65-year-old vet I think I'm doing pretty good. Someone needs to cover his pizza hole 🕳 up. Hopefully the local owner reads this before it's to late!

Ordered my first Domino’s pizza from here in a few years! Pleasantly surprised, I prefer thin crust these days and theirs fitted the bill perfectly, especially since they were on a decent special offer for local pickup! Will start ordering more regularly again now! 🙂

Ordered pizza and wings delivery used 60 reward points for free pizza from the W Deer Valley Peoria AZ location. Waited 45 minutes, called to ask where is order, because it shows completed. Was told by John that driver accidentally hit completed and there was mistake on food, so driver left later and was on the way with correct order and should be here in 5 minutes. Waited 25 more minutes called store again spoke with manager, she said the address was wrong and would reorder my food. I asked for refund due to over hour wait plus time for new order. Said she couldn’t do that. I said to cancel my order and asked about also refunding my 60 reward points, she said that she couldn’t but that I should explain the situation to the manager next time I ordered and see if they could give me a discount. If you as a manager can’t give me a discount, why would another manager be any different.. she had no answer. I am completely frustrated with the lies told and the lack of food and customer service at this store. I truly hope that ownership takes care of this store and makes some changes! Yelp reviews at low 2 out of 5 stars. No wonder… Terrible!
