Ordered pizza and wings delivery used 60 reward points for free pizza from the W Deer Valley Peoria AZ location. Waited 45 minutes, called to ask where is order, because it shows completed. Was told by John that driver accidentally hit completed and there was mistake on food, so driver left later and was on the way with correct order and should be here in 5 minutes. Waited 25 more minutes called store again spoke with manager, she said the address was wrong and would reorder my food. I asked for refund due to over hour wait plus time for new order. Said she couldn’t do that. I said to cancel my order and asked about also refunding my 60 reward points, she said that she couldn’t but that I should explain the situation to the manager next time I ordered and see if they could give me a discount. If you as a manager can’t give me a discount, why would another manager be any different.. she had no answer. I am completely frustrated with the lies told and the lack of food and customer service at this store. I truly hope that ownership takes care of this store and makes some changes! Yelp reviews at low 2 out of 5 stars. No wonder… Terrible!

Walking in the staff was really friendly. As i proceeded to take carry out order, i noticed i had ordered the wrong thing. The apps shoes pepperonies on the image butnit was ordered without. Inlet one of the guys know what happened and without hesitation he remade them with pepperoni even though it was a user error. Thanks for remaking my order, I will continue to keep coming to this place!

We order from this Peoria Domino's at least once a month and it's always good. We have never had an issue with an order, the food is tasty
Used to go here all the time before Cody became the manager. Really gone down hill since. Very argumentative. The pizza also has no cheese on half of it half the time

I have to say I have been ordering from this location for about 2 years now and I have gone into the restaurant to pick up my food and I have had it delivered, either way has been exceptional. I don’t know where you found your people, but you really need to treat them well they seem to love what they’re doing. We cannot find it in a restaurant these days.

I recently tried Domino’s Pizza and had mixed feelings about my experience. The New York style pizza was less than stellar today. The crust was very uneven, and the dough was flat in the center and soggy. It was less than average today.
On the other hand, the Italian sandwich was a pleasant surprise. The bread was nicely toasted, and the fillings were flavorful and well-balanced. It was easily the highlight. If you're ordering from Domino's, I'd recommend skipping the flat New York pizza, go for a pan instead…, and the sandwich.
