Worst customer service ever

Every time we order pizza from this location, the quality is consistently good. However, there are technical issues with coupons and order totals that customer service cannot assist with, which is quite frustrating. Given that it’s a chain, customers should be able to receive support for an $8 item.

When these issues arise, the manager consistently states, “I don’t have any power to do anything.” While it’s understandable this is a franchise, I’ve incurred out-of-pocket costs on two separate occasions due to the lack of customer support. If customer service cannot resolve basic issues, these positions are essentially redundant, and the location might as well operate as a takeout-only establishment. Additionally, if customer service is limited in handling issues, a tipping option seems unnecessary. In any other setting, a manager would typically be empowered to resolve minor issues, yet here, that capability seems absent.

I had an order of wings 16 count. I only received on my delivery 12. Spoke to Nicole she was quick to resolve the issue and I got the correct order at the end. The wings were delicious thank you

My wife ordered 2 pizzas online.. one was with no cheese.(the reason being is I have a cheese allergy ) so she clicked no cheese. She drove down and picked up the pizzas. Gets home I go to eat it it has cheese. No big deal .. it’s happened a few times in my lifetime. So she calls and the woman on the phone says the tag said no pizza cheese. Not no provolone. My wife said… that’s cheese and she clicked no cheese. Said we will be down in a few to pick up one with no cheese.
I get there i walk in and told the cashier I was swapping out this pizza for the remake. Some lady stepped off the line and said it didn’t say no provolone… only no pizza cheese and we need to call in and let them know because provolone is not pizza cheese..
well I get the 2 pizza home .. this too has provolone in blotches around the whole pizza.
1 I’m stumped at this woman coming off the line and saying for us to call it in too because provolone isn’t pizza cheese… What’s the point of the app with a choice of no cheese.
2. Telling us we are wrong because provolone isn’t pizza cheese.
3 putting cheese on the replacement pizza too.

The Jordan Family

We live across the street and have been ordering pizza here for about 4 years. We have our usual order, and are obviously generally satisfied, as we keep going back! However, recently, the last 2 times we've ordered in the past month, the pizza is extremely undercooked (especially the pan pizza). When we called AND went back the last time, the manager on duty was so rude and condescending it was nearly impossible, and took over an hour, to get our dinner corrected. We had to bring our entire order back (4 pizzas plus sides!) to prove that it was inedible. This time we didn't even bother to try to correct it because of that hassle. I'm very disappointed in the sudden decline of our neighborhood location and we won't be ordering again anytime soon. ☹️
