The donuts are good here, they have a good selection, and the staff is friendly and makes sure they provide great service. Thank you!
I visited this donut shop with my family this past weekend, and unfortunately, we had a very disappointing experience.
While I hate to generalize, the overall staff attitude was shockingly poor. Several employees stood around gossiping and one employee in particular (she had multiple facial piercings) was especially rude. When I asked for baskets so we could eat at a table, she responded with a sarcastic comment about how I should have told her earlier, instead of just helping. But what upset me most was how she spoke to my 3-year-old daughter, who walked up politely to return her basket and say thank you. This employee couldn’t be bothered and snapped, “Dirty baskets go over there,” while pointing across the shop. It was unnecessarily harsh and deeply unkind, especially to a toddler.
The store itself was also dirty. Tables were sticky, the floors hadn’t been swept, the trash was overflowing, and the general atmosphere felt unwelcoming.
I called two days in a row in hopes of talking to the owner, but nobody seemed to know when they’d be in, so this is my attempt at reaching them. And I hope they take this seriously, because no food establishment is worth that kind of environment or behavior.
We attempted to bring our kids here for donuts. There was only one women working and she couldn’t be bothered to help us. Answered a call ahead of assisting us, we waited in the lobby for 10 minutes while she chatted, a 2nd employee walked in and assisted the drive thru ahead of us and the customer in the drive thru had been waiting for less time than us. We didn’t get to try the donuts and will not be returning. This was beyond disappointing and incredibly rude.
Always have a great assortment of tasty donuts, unique compared to the big chains in the area. Staff is always friendly!
These donuts are phenomenal nothing like I've ever had.
This was my first time here and my last time. I ordered a dozen donuts and a chai tea. My donuts were small and tasted stale my tea im not sure what it was i threw it away. The establishment was filthy dirty. Honestly I'm not sure how they have stay in business or how long they been in business. I wish the best for them.
We were out shopping an decided to stop for dounts. We stumbled upon this place and thought we'd try it for the first time. This was Monday Memoria Day and was not busy. We were hopeful. We walked up and the doors and windows were pretty dirty. Then we walked inside and the donuts did look really good. As we were paying we noticed one of the front display cases was so dusty, there was actually words and pictures written in them by people. The tables were dirty and the trash inside was overflowing and smelled so bad. I don't
I always want to support local. I used to go here for a Hawaiian hazelnut coffee and croissant in the morning. Anymore, when I stop, there is no coffee ready at all. Moreover, if they have any there is no milk/cream available just powdered creamer. Also I cannot get a croissant. Sadly this spot has really gone downhill. I’ve stopped going but will show up from time to time to see if things are better. They are not. Too bad. I’ll try something else.
Showed up 830 on a Sunday and they are open until 2pm they had 20 random donuts left and all chairs on top of tables and they looked like they were ready to close and you were bothering them.....got the horrible cake like donuts they had left and won't be going back....wow
I didn't know what to expect when walking in. It doesn't necessarily look like anything special... But I was pleasantly surprised at the variety and quality of donuts they offered. Better than I expected! Will definitely return!

The people are nice, but the donuts are a sick joke. Paid $20 for 6 items which all were stale. The donuts were definitely on day 2 or 3 based off staleness of dough and crumbling of icing. Honestly Bashas bakery is leagues above this. At least for the day I went. Never again.

Best Donuts in the valley. Staff is always cheerful and friendly. Service has been great even when they are really busy. I love that they have a drive through.
