Nothing like getting a bitter coffee with a bitter attitude first thing in the morning, drive thru order for an iced coffee. It was so bad, I parked and went inside- ask for a remake because of how bitter the coffee is and she rolls her eyes asking whats wrong...... I just said it qas bitter. She snatches it and remakes it, mean while her and another employee are arguing. More then not in the mornings the coffee is a huge miss, and the attitudes suck at this dunkin. For this reason I usually drive to 59th and thunderbird.

I tried to call the 83rd Ave & Thunderbird location to pre-order 2 boxes of coffee and donuts for pickup at 8 AM tomorrow. I thought calling ahead would make things easier for their team, but the person who answered the phone was extremely rude. He complained about having to throw away coffee today, not wanting to have too much coffee if I didn't show up, 8AM begin his peak hours and would be too busy, complained about having to train new employees, and then said he couldn’t take my order because the phone was too far from the register. When I said I could call another location if it was such an issue, he told me to “go ahead and call someone else” and hung up on me. Totally unprofessional and unnecessary. I’ll be taking my business elsewhere.

If I could leave 0 stars I would. I went to this location about a week ago to try to get the Wicked tin with the donut holes. I asked if I could get the donut holes in a seperate bag instead of dirtying the tin. I wanted to keep the tin as a collectible. They absolutely refused and said that it was required to put the donuts in the tin. So I left and got the donuts and tin at another location....which they were happy to keep the tin clean and put the donuts in a separate bag. So today I figured I would try again. I went today and I ordered the $6 meal. At the end of ordering, the guy said, I prefer cash. I asked, why, is your credit card machine down? Then he rudely yells at me, JUST DRIVE AHEAD. Once I get to the window, he refused to even acknowledge me. When he finally did, he was very rude and very short with me. And guess what, took my credit card as payment, so I'm not sure why he said that he preferred cash when I ordered. Unfortunately, I will not be returning to this location even though it has been my preferred location for many, many years. There are 3 other coffee shops on that same corner. You have too much competition to be that rude and that dirty (the trash out fron is always overflowing and it looks like the place is never mopped). I will drive a little bit further North to go to the one that was pleasant about the tin. Or go to the Dutch Bros or Starbucks on the same corner. Do better Dunkin! At least at this location. Smh. Horrible.

Absolute worst location. Consistently out of items, given incorrect orders or dry and old pastries. Considering every person there looks like they hate living, it looks like they’re taking it out on customers by not giving a crap about their food and orders. This location should be shut down.

Every time I go here, i'm just more disappointed. They always seem to be out of things.Just got a sandwich today and it's very burnt. On top of all that, the staff is always kind of rude.

The saga of young restaurant workers intentionally ignoring delivery drivers continues. Young lady clearly notices me and continues walking like a zombie dragging feet instead of acknowledging person at her workplace. No way to treat people when you're in customer service 😕

The donuts were dry. They tasted ok. My pumpkin spice latte was a little too sweet for me. The atmosphere leaves a lot to be desired.

DISGUSTING LOCATION!! If you would like to ARGUE about overly sweetened & weak coffee with disgruntled, rude, & aggressive employees, that act like gang members in a pack; THIS is the location for you! I ordered a coffee, it was too sweet & simply asked for a refund. I was told to wait & to step aside. I stood silently & after other patrons were assisted & 13 MINUTES LATER the manager (who had been advised I was requesting a refund) walked up, did not greet me, nor made eye contact said “What do you need?!” I said no words, he said, “So you need a refund” & I stared blankly at him & said “Yes”. This sparked an outrage in him & he began to raise his voice & tell me that I didn’t have to have an attitude, I was an “ex-customer” & other ppl needed to be helped first. It escalated from there & then I was verbally attack by a female gang member employee to get out of the store & ultimately after FINALLY receiving my refund I did. I was in total fear that the lady gang member was going to attack me & the male manger would have happily held me down while she did it. Little did they know I am a huge influencer & will be sharing my experience with my followers & telling them to AVOID not only this location but Dunkin Donuts altogether. These deplorable acts in the food service industry WILL NOT be tolerated any longer! Please teach your employees to learn what true customer service is & any patron reading this RUNNNNNN! It is a volatile locating that spews hate & negativity! BEWARE!!!!

I placed an order for dozen doughnuts. My daughter came home with 8 doughnuts they substituted since they didn’t have. Now I understand they get busy and ironically doughnuts are not their thing anymore but when more than half an order is unavailable maybe a mention of it would be appropriate.
I called and got ahold of what, I assume was manager, to tell him the 8 that they substituted I didn’t like. Mostly what I thought were lemon. I was told they don’t sell lemon. I said it’s a yellow crème either way and he accused me of calling him a liar.
Guy was just rude and no customer service skills. I get it you get busy but you don’t be rude to people you clearly messed up on. Could have been easy fix

Didn’t get his name but the guy who works counter in AM slicked back hair has absolutely ruined this location. Worst customer experience now 2x and won’t go back! There are 2 Dutch Bros, and a Starbucks within 2 blocks of this place. Donuts I’ll just do Bosa and if I really want DD I’ll drive to 59th Tbird! Rude, and condescending absolutely 0 skills interacting with real people I’m assuming possibly failed IT guy! DD do better!
