Went in around 7:30 am. There wasn't that much of a selection. The young lady that took my order wasn't to knowledgeable on the filled donuts. And seemed like she didn't want to be there. I asked for 3 sugars in my coffee. None was put in and lid wasn't on correctly. The place only had 4 elderly couples in there. Business wasn't that busy.

I pre-ordered a dozen donuts for a celebration at work and selected specific kinds based on what my coworkers and I wanted. I picked it up today, went to work, and when we opened the box and hour later realized that what at least 4 of the kinds of donuts I ordered wasn't there. My coworker went to this location to tell them and the person working told her they ran out of that kind. One, it shouldn't be available to select if it's not available. Two, it would've been nice to know so I could have the opportunity to select something different. I work in customer service and this was terrible service.

The City of Glendale had ordered coffee for pickup for our annual point-in-time homeless count. Upon pickup, the staff gave us free donut holes and milk alternatives to help support our volunteers during the count! We are so grateful for their kindness, it is much appreciated.
New manager Ashley loooove her!!!! Just what they needed the last guy was incredibly rude to the staff 24/7! And the customers! You could tell the environment for everyone has been uplifted! Thank god because I love dunkin but this location was forcing me elsewhere! Definitely coming back

Nothing like getting a bitter coffee with a bitter attitude first thing in the morning, drive thru order for an iced coffee. It was so bad, I parked and went inside- ask for a remake because of how bitter the coffee is and she rolls her eyes asking whats wrong...... I just said it qas bitter. She snatches it and remakes it, mean while her and another employee are arguing. More then not in the mornings the coffee is a huge miss, and the attitudes suck at this dunkin. For this reason I usually drive to 59th and thunderbird.
