I’ve been to a lot of Dunkin’ Donuts but this location right here sucks !!!! Me n my husband always stop for iced coffees on our way to work and we get the same order every time. I ordered a medium brown sugar espresso w vanilla cold foam wen I got my drink it was no cold foam on top so my husband said “I ordered vanilla cold foam and the worker replied “It doesn’t come w it . We also paid for it . I gave it back to her so she can add cold foam and they ended up putting whipped cream which melted in 2 minutes.. Ngl I was upset but couldn’t go back as my husband was running behind on shedule .. So to the young lady who was at the window w a full face beat on plz get it together and make my order right next time . (This was exactly at 9:30am today when this happened)!!!

Ordered my drink with french vanilla and she entered regular vanilla in the sticker (which is completely unsweetened).
Also ordered a frozen matcha latte and asked for whipped cream - she asked if i wanted cream, I said no WHIPPED cream, and she said okay but still put “1 milk” on the sticker. The drink had extra milk and no whip on it.
Complete waste of money on two bad drinks.

Frozen hot chocolate was mediocre at best. Very disappointing. Was more like a cold chocolate drink than a frozen one. No chocolate syrup on the sides just a small amount on top of the whipped cream.

This location is not ever good. However, today we ordered orange juice, paid for it, and then found out they were out of it. When we asked for a refund the older person said he didn't know how to do a refund but he would do it later. We came back later when there was no one in the Drive-Thru so he was not busy and he still had not done the refund. He was being extremely rude to us because he forgot to order orange juice 3 days ago and somehow we were supposed to know not to order it. Eventually when we said we were going to stand there and not leave until he gave us our refund he threw $3 at us and was very rude.

I had one of the worst experiences ever at the Dunkin’ on 83rd Avenue and Thunderbird in Peoria, Arizona. From the moment we arrived, the employees were incredibly rude — no greeting, no smile, no sense of customer service. It felt like we were a burden just for driving through.
And the food? Absolutely awful. Our sandwiches were burned (I have pictures to prove it) and the donut tasted like it had been sitting out for days — rock hard and stale. Completely inedible. I wouldn’t serve this to anyone.
This place is a complete disappointment. Between the rude staff and the terrible food, I honestly don’t know how this location is still open. Save your time, money, and appetite — go literally anywhere else.

I've been going to the Dunkin donuts for over 21 years now they have a new manager they are making our drinks wrong when we bring them back he tells us to go to another location he doesn't need us I spent $17 every morning at that store and to have the manager to tell my wife and daughter to go to another store he's not going to remake the drink is unacceptable and then argue loudly about it I have the sticker I have the receipts and he still will not remake it we asked for the number for his boss and he will not give it to us something needs to be done about this guy

I don't know who's been running this place since Alex and Kaylee but, it's a mess! No live atmosphere, no good customer service, how hard is it to comprehend extra ice? I ask questions about the points and rewards one girl said she isn't sure and didn't even bother trying to ask for help....sounds like theyre just bodies mad to work here or under who ever new management is...i tried calling no answer. Use to be the best stop in the morning even started to remember names and voices for tips, and now I rather go somewhere else!

went there today and was greeted with “what do u want” said my order and then was followed with “is that it” after i ordered one singular thing. Got to the window and the girl just opens the window and doesn’t say anything i ask her for the total and she says it then proceeds to continue her conversation with coworkers. no other customer is there and i wait 10 mins because they were talking. then i said thank you have a good day and she says “ok” and slams the window. Oh and did I mention the manager was the one who toke my order and was hanging out with them the whole time.
get your stuff together dunkin and stop employing underage dirt bags.
Came here for the first time and was greeted with nothing but attitude—no “hi,” no “good morning,” nothing. The employee, Kaylee, was rude and didn’t even bother to repeat my order unless I specifically asked. I brought it up to the manager, Joe, and he was somehow even worse. Instead of addressing the issue, he snapped that he was “busy and backed up”—which was laughable, considering the place was nearly empty. On Mother’s Day of all days, the least you can do is leave your attitude at home. Moms have enough stress—we don’t need yours served with our coffee. Never coming back.

Unfortunately this location is not very friendly. Everyone acts like they don’t want to be there. The people on the weekend are definitely more friendly. They are close to my home but I went to the Dunkin on 75th and the 101 today and they were all very friendly.

Worst experience as a first time customer, will never try dunkin donuts again, the manager was a RUDE and HORRIBLE person. Accused me of lying about a cup of coffee. The coffee was undrinkable and I wanted it replaced, he put up a big fight over a coffee. Dutch bros would never have this kind of poor service.
