Had a bad experience a month ago with my coffee and donut order. The GM Joe reached out, took accountability and was very apologetic. Went out of his way to double my order for free. Went back to the store and had such a good experience. The front desk girl was very sweet and caring. Thanks Joe!

Portion sizes of the drinks are great for the price compared to Starbucks and they do have an awards program, but service could use a little help. The staff are not rude at all, but they aren't as friendly as other retail coffee shops.
