You are open till 7pm but out of all products at 4pm except ghostpepper donuts? VERY RUDE clerk at the drive-thru. When I asked if she had donut holes since she had no donuts, she states "we have what I already stated". WOW. A simple no, sorry, we don't have any would suffice. No products avail and terrible customer service? i won't be back to this location.
This was a horrible experience today for my daughter’s birthday. Got her munchkins the box was completely covered in jelly. I asked him to take it back. All he did was WASH the box. The munchkins were soggy and not at all assorted. Our bagel was so burnt it was Black. And they had the nerve to give that to a customer. Soooo disappointed. They are so busy so they forgot all about quality.
