The staff is terrible and I don’t feel comfortable ordering food there anymore after the experience I had recently. I won’t ever go there again. It’s not worth the bad experience.

Definitely a continuous disappointment. The service and the people just speaking to you when you order is not great at all, then the way that you guys package the food is not good either. The chocolate donut was pushed up against the side in the bag with the vanilla donut, and the strawberry donut that we didn't order (we actuallyordered two chocolat) which resulted in the icing being all over the inside of the bag and not on the donuts. The donuts are not fresh that we all know that by now. But, just making them a little bit more presentable and edible would be good.

Food is ok but Dunkin’ Donuts got rid of the long john donuts. Food menu is very limited. That being said there drinks are delicious and I feel are better then other coffee places. Very friendly staff.

My husband and I went through the drive thru and ordered six of their classic donuts. Mind you, these are for our son who has autism and he’s super super picky - dunkin classic donuts are one of the only things he will eat. We ordered six and noticed that four of them appeared to be jelly-filled. My husband then gently knocked on the window to get their attention, but nobody returned to the window. So he knocked a second time just a little harder, but still… nobody came. He proceeded to knock one more time but was still met with silence. I finally told him to knock hard because I assume they didn’t hear him. So he knocked pretty hard on that fourth time, but they STILL didn’t come. I finally grabbed the box and walked inside. I told the employee that we had been knocking and he said, “That guy was banging on the window… we won’t go to the window and talk to him.” I explained to him that we knocked THREE times before he knocked hard, but he claimed nobody heard it… despite the fact that they all hang out by that window. So he admitted they ignored us. He then proceeded to refuse to replace the donuts because they “are out of the regular ones.” It’s literally their POLICY to always have the classic donuts on the shelf and they have to be remade all day until they close! Dunkin, please quit hiring lazy kids.

Every time I come here I order the same drink and every time it’s different - and disgusting. My drink yesterday was literally made with spoiled milk, I almost threw up. I had two family members taste it to make sure I wasn’t crazy and both had to spit it out and instantly eat/drink something else to get the taste out of their mouth.
Food always tastes old.

Absolutely the worst donut store in the world. No glazed sold me five donut holes. Wanted a Pink Spritzer they would not take my order and when I got to the drive up window they just closed it and walked away. This is my second horrible experience with this store. Be advised a BoSo donuts is very near by.
I'm livid I came in a few months ago and the staff handed me a burnt crispy croissant breakfist sandwich which I noticed later during my morning work meeting. So this morning I figured I'd try again, and well i've never seen anybody burn an everything bagel so bad!!! Stop burning EVERYTHING!!! WAY TO RUIN MY MRNING AGAIN!!!

Was js in the drive through. Sat for 5 minutes. After being ignored multiple times. I pulled up to the window & there was an employee js standing there. I will probably not be coming here again. That’s absolutely ridiculous.

I never have any complaints when I get my coffee, it's always made right and tastes great. The food however, I swear whoever makes the sandwiches is illiterate. Never the right cream cheese I order, my sandwiches are never on the bagel or English muffin or croissant I order it on. And why is the bread always burnt? Turn the toaster setting down and hire someone who can read.... honestly.

Worst Dunkin experience I have encountered. You could gell the employee working up front was unmotivated and the customer service non-existant. I purchased 2 chocolate creams and between the 2 of thrm therr may have been a tbsp of chocolate cream filling. Not worth my time or my money.
