I really like Dunkin but this location bus is so frustrating. I ordered the same things all the time and every time I receive the item it's never consistent. Sometimes it tastes good and sometimes I can't even drink it. Employees are not friendly but the two biggest issues are bare,, they NEVER have donuts I've ordered a 50 munchkin pack and the employee gave me 50 jelly filled munchkin donuts. I asked for other donuts. They never have them. They're always out. And always think how are you at a donut shop and you don't have more than half the donut. It's easier to ask what they have than what they don't have. The other problem is their coffee temps. I've ordered hot coffee. When I held the cup it was ice cold, took a drink and the coffee was ice cold in the cup, how do they not know they're not pouring hot coffee? This isn't the only time it's rare that you get a nice hot cup of coffee. It's always lukewarm. I wish they would fix the temperatures. The employees are very sloppy with making the food you order. Half the time, it's hanging out and the cheese is stuck to the paper because they flop it in without putting the cheese on the actual wrap. I do have a lot of complaints because it's so common. I really wish this location would work on service and making sure they're giving quality items.

I can forgive getting my order wrong when I repeated it twice in person, or the fact that you burned my $7 sandwich and I didn't want to finish it. But to have stale donuts at 8am, for a "donut shop" is just bad business. Save yourself the headache and go to bosa across the street. Do you have to get out of your car there, yes. But it's never bad service or food, and that's all you'll get at dunkin.

I am a regular customer of Dunkin Donuts. Hot coffee isn't hot specially if you visit in the evenings. Same goes with all other Dunkin locations. With this location the baristas didn't cate even when I complained about it. There is a smell like drainage pipe when you are in drive through.

I waited nearly an hour for my breakfast sandwich. I was not alone. Several of us waited over 50 minutes each for the bacon egg and cheese bagel. I was given my coffee right away but it was gone by the time my sandwich came. The staff never looked up to see how many people were waiting for food.
I will not be returning to this Dunkin's

Kayleigh and Emilie immediately greeted me as soon as I walked into the store. I was engulfed with an enthusiastic atmosphere. As I ordered my food and asked my questions, Emilie grabbed my donuts and Kayleigh answered them with great depth. Overall an amazing experience and I would 100 percent go again.

A dozen donuts. They were "OK" It seems like Dunkin' is making the donuts a bit too heavy - it that's the correct term - Not like cake but just, I don't know, --- heavy. Anyway the donuts were OK but --- I went through the Drive- In line. O M G the smell! Was it a dead body? Sewage? The smell / odor / Stench was unimaginable. I mentioned it to the person at the window and they said, "Yeah - it's constant and we smell it too every time we have to open this window." I'm telling you it permeated my car - I had to drive with the windows down for quite a while to get rid on the odor. The drive through is close to several dumpsters so maybe that's the issue? I'll certainly reconsider the next time I'm thinking about going to this location.
