I originally placed an order at another location but needed to make a change right away and couldn’t get in touch with them. I called this location and spoke with Nicole Not only did she try to help me connect with the other store, but she went a step further and offered to prepare the order at her location so she could make sure the sandwiches were fresh and hot. She went above and beyond and truly exceeded my expectations. That is customer service at its finest! Corporate needs to recognize her—superstars like Nicole are rare, and she absolutely deserves a raise.

Went in to get decaf after being told by another Dunkin that they would not make it for me. They were so friendly and accommodating! She was so surprised I was told that, and even explained that they could have made me a small batch. This dunkin is really nice inside and will be my go-to when I'm in the West Valley!

I feel so bad for writing this but this morning I ordered a dozen box of donuts and one of my donuts was an apple fritter, it was completely raw on the inside. The rest were so yummy and the girls that helped me were all so kind. I’m super pregnant and was so excited for my apple fritter lol.

Terrible service by the young red haired employee who wears all the makeup. She seems to hate her job. Regular customer here but I am now going elsewhere. The size and quality of the donuts are never consistent. Prices are increasing and the young red headed girl is extremely rude and basically throws the box of donuts at you.
