Almost drank a tiny piece of plastic that came out of my coffee. thought it was hair at first almost screamed. The staff is usually very friendly, but this was a bit scary, accidents happen but I can’t see why there would be plastic in the coffee? donuts always face down in the bags too, which I can deal with. But the plastic?? Choking hazard :(

I ordered a magnificent and delightful quench thirsting drink. I know there that they made me a special drink and every single sip I could just feel a blast of Dunkin run through my veins. After this experience, America really does run on Dunkin'

I got a grilled cheese and it had hair in it. Got it remade and still had a hair in it. I would advise you not to order a grilled cheese. The bread tastes a bit like the melter, but other then that everything else was fien.

Went to get 2 donuts to take pictures of my daughter for her Birthday and requested a box so they would stay nice. I was so surprised and happy to see this adorable box. It definitely made celebrating her Birthday even sweeter. Thank you to the staff at our favorite Dunkin for helping us start our Celebration!

It's a great addition to the area, but it could use a little help. Items aren't always available. Service is decent but not always the most attentative. Food and drinks are always good, but as mentioned, donuts aren't always available. Otherwise, a good place for a quick breakfast that always brings a smile to the kids.
Twice now I've ordered donuts ahead of time (different methods, as told to do) and twice they tell me "we just got the order at your pick up time" and it will be a 20min wait. Needless to say I won't be coming back, even for a few donuts on a weekend. (Guess what, it's not a 20 min wait if you're assertive; they just want to have the donut inventory for drive thru and make you wait until they have enough not used in drive thru)

Commercial for $1 donut coffee is a scam. You go and they will tell you most of what you order does not qualify. Then if you go to the location of 75th Ave & 101 in Peoria they are rude, rarely get your order correct or it's cold like the bacon wrap or the hash browns are burnt!
