There's a long line of cars in which it shouldn't be this busy at this time in the morning. 2 girls walked up asking if I had already had my order taken which I did while one of them was taking the order of the car that cut in front of me. Horrible service and very disorganized. Don't think I will come back to this location after tonight.

Whats the point of having a pickup option if I have to wait in the order line still just to tell the barista that I have a pickup. Should have an actual pick up window so that people aren't waiting another 20 min when the order should've been ready

I arrived at the walk up window with one person ahead of me in line. He ordered 2 drinks. My order was taken a few minutes later. During my 30 minute wait I observed 3 people who arrived after me receive their orders before me. I realized that they had placed a mobile order and the broista didn't make it until they arrived, which pushed the walk up orders back. I have no idea how long it would have taken to get my drink because after the 30 min wait I asked how much longer and the girl at the window said she had no idea. I asked for a refund. There was no apology or explanation. Very bad customer service, time management, and process organization.

First time ordering online. The experience was fire! From the greater to having my coffee ready when I walked up to the windows. I will definitely visit again as I've hit quite a few. Lol I rarely pass by a Dutch Bros that's says it all.

ordered a hazelnut hot chocolate & requested to take off the caramel drizzle, but the worker who took the order insisted the drink didn’t come with drizzle which i knew wasn’t correct but i wasn’t trying to argue. after waiting 10 mins in line, we pull up to the window & are handed the wrong drinks. The worker who took our order charged us for incorrect beverages which i had a feeling that’s what was happening. he didn’t repeat the order back to us either which he should have. the barista at the window seemed frustrated with US even though their worker took the order wrong. So we had to wait for them to make the right drinks which came out very delicious. perfect temperature. the costumer service wasn’t great, but the product was perfect.
