Normally I don’t complain about fast food places seeing as I myself am a fast food employee, but this location has a serious bee problem. Like there are TONS of bees inside their store and today I went and I had a pretty big one in my drink. Brought it up to the store and didn’t receive an apology or anything. This problem has been going on for months.

I do not recommend this location. I went today and they have a SERIOUS bee problem. This has been prevalent for months, and today my drink had a large bee in it. I went back to complain and did not receive an apology, and they didn’t seem surprised either.

Don’t go to this one, the people there are uptight for no reason. Placed an online order, not a single person in the drive thru, so went through drive thru. Got told to go to other window, and then at that window was told it’s walk up only. It seemed to be a big issue, because the teenagers told me “don’t do it again”. Again. Not busy. Also the coffee at this one’s crap too. 59th and bell road is much better!

A few nights ago, I drove through Dutch Brothers on Thunderbird and ordered a hazelnut truffle hot chocolate. It was delicious.! Makena waited on me and was so cheerful and made a great beverage quickly! Thank you I will be a regular customer!
