Dutch Bros usually nails it with drink ratios and customer service—but today 7/8/25 was a real massive letdown. Staff needs retraining for customer service and coffee consistently
My drink was way off, and when I politely brought it up, the barista responded without hesitation, “You can just buy more,” as if that’s an acceptable fix for their mistake of not making the drink correctly in the first place. Not only was that dismissive, I never received the drink with cold foam covering the top as a topper for my medium drink!!
I’ve come to Dutch for consistency and positive vibes, but today I walked away disappointed and unheard and substandard vibes.
Also consider better signage for online drink orders, the guy wouldn’t even take my order he made me drive all the way around just todo business and order drinks.
Hoping this feedback reaches someone who values what Dutch Bros used to stand for—because this isn’t it!!!

Dutch staff are always over friendly lol love it. They are in the sun serving which is crazy without misters. Loved there ice oat milk latte and banana loaf.

Slowest service ever. Two people in line took almost 20 minutes. Because the girl taking the orders was too busy chit-chatting with her friends in the car in front of us. This place gets old coming here and having to wait forever to get your drinks which should be served pretty damn quick. Sorry for the rant but it gets old.

I love Dutch bros! The staff is always friendly and the drinks are great. However, I always have to order light ice even though I prefer a little over light ice(not extra), whenever I don’t say light ice they put too much ice that it’s hard to put the straw in and my drink is gone in just two sips so that’s really annoying. Expensive drink and you only get two sips if you don’t ask for light ice.

I loooove this Dutch Bros! Best in the west valley. The broistas are down to earth, wanting to give good recommendations, and they’re always kind even if it is crazy busy. I can count on this location to give me the consistency and quality I expect with DB.
