I've been coming to Dutch for over 10 years, normally I'd rave about the customer service. I always bring friends who don't have dutch where they live, to a Dutch to convert them away from Starbucks. However I placed an order for pickup from the window and stood in the pickup line for over 15 minutes, completely ignored it's 9:06 am, order placed at 8:48 am promised ready at 8:53. I watched the normal line get longer and still no acknowledgement, no asking if I had a pick-up. I understand holidays get crazy, I understand watching the queue gather is frustrating, but what's the point of a pickup order and pickup line, in which I prepay. If sitting in the line at the window would get me through faster and my drink would be fresh not watered down.

Just got a Frozen dinosaur egg rebel, whoever made this drank needs a RAISE! it was so yummy, usually other locations have my drink just tasting like a redbull without the flavor

I pulled up at 8 PM on 09/29/25 and both lanes were empty. When I got to the window, the employee asked if I had an app order. When I said no, she told me this lane was for app orders only and asked me to turn around and use the other lane. I pointed out that both lanes were empty and asked if she could just take my order, but she refused, saying it was “company policy.”

Instead of being helpful, she refused to help me. I left and went to Starbucks. I’m not sure if I missed a sign or if it wasn’t displayed, but either way, she should have explained the two lanes and still taken my order. Poor customer service, and I won’t be returning.

I am so annoyed with this Dutch bros I quit going here because of the line situation they have 2 separate lines one for online (which my drink I can’t order online) such a inconvenience to wait for 10 mins for a drink they say they are short staff well hire more people u all charge enough for the drinks u can hire more people I recommend if ur not in a hurry have noting to do then go wait in this horrible long line. Take ur online order line away before people quit coming here

My favorite place for coffee. Breve is a latte made with half-and-half instead of milk. Staff is always super friendly, and the rest of their recipes are more natural than the mystery syrup they use at the mermaid-coffee-house.

Only downside is that they're all drive-thru only. Shame.
