Bring a regular at my Durch Bros where the team knows who I am is great! Usually the drinks are perfect! Today I was handed my drink and I asked if it was the correct drink as the cold brew is darker. she said they measure out everything it's correct. I disagreed and she argued with me instead of remaking it. I overheard her say she is new to working mornings but has been working here for a while. that is not how you treat customer. I was always told if the drink is not right they would remake it. Especially with the cost of drinks these days. it's pretty sad..

Best experience here with the Broista' at this location very helpful. I am not from here and the young lady made really good recommendation for near by food. Cassie is the best! Had to edit as there was a drink recommendation made for me by a young man was super good I can't remember what he called it but it was a blue rebel. Keep it up made my birthday weekend with their interactions. Was a great vibe!

I don't know what has happened to these two locations on Thunderbird, but service has been awful lately. I ordered a plain light iced green tea and it took 5 minutes to get it, meanwhile cars on the south side were being served multiple drinks and even sat empty for a moment. I figured I go to this one since the other location is short staffed or gives the wrong order. Disappointing.
