Today I visited the 91st Ave and perioa location and I have to say Erica was absolutely amazing! She had the best customer service and she was so friendly! Our drinks were made prefect. I will definitely be coming back to this location. Huge shout out to Erica!!!!

I visited this location this morning. I placed my order via mobile app. I ordered 1 large and 1 medium drink. When I go to pick up my drinks, I am handed 2 mediums. When I asked about it, the person said are you sure? I walked away frustrated. One of the drinks was for my son at work. He tasted his( A molten lava) and he said there was so much cinnamon flavor in it he couldn't drink it. This is the second time within a week they have messed up my drink order. It seems like the people who work her, don't care anymore. I will go to the Thunderbird location from now on or wait until the location at 99th and Indian School Road opens up. I had a bee on my arm while i was waiting for my drink.. I expressed how i was scared an employee there went above and beyond to help safely remove the bee because i am highly scared of them! Thanking this location for caring! You all are amazing! 🥹 Btw my drink was very good too!

This Dutch Bros does not have a separate line for pre orders through drive thru or the window. You have to wait in line like the rest. No music playing at this one either.
