So dirty. I saw an employee drop a bagel into the cooler where they keep the smear, then put it back into the basket. To make it worse, I had already grabbed it with my hands and handed it to her, thinking she would throw it away. I never been to an Einstein bagels like this one from now on only going to Goodyear.

For fast food it was a quality meal, the texas brisket and chorizo sunrise on a jalapeño cheddar bagel is to die for if you like a little spice. If your more sweet try the maple house, the light sweet of honey and maple with the salt and snap from the crispy bacon is a winning combo. Coffee is solid but if your choice is decafe the only thing they have is a basic cup add your own creamer with a wait as they usually have none made, so on the positive decafe is always fresh long as you have time for the brewing!!

Been going here many times since it was new, and everybody is always really nice and friendly, they almost treat me like family. Couple hiccups early after opening up but that can happen. They made it right and were exceptionally friendly. Food's always been good, and the coffee is a whole lot cheaper than the coffee shops down the road. Little bit more seating out front would be cool but it's probably a restriction of the property.

These bagels are not up to Einstein bagel quality standards...buy Fry's bagels or go to 43rd and Bell location...

Today is November 4th. I tried this store again after terrible review last time. I will never go there again. This place is the worst. I ordered a bagel sesame not toasted with ham and cheese and tomato. Only the bagel was doughy. The ham had a terrible odor and the tomato was not ripe. The young ladies were nice but this food sucks. They should really consider closing this place up for good. It's giving Einstein bagels a very bad name

After a whole chaotic time of ordering wrong things, Noor was incredibly helpful and kind. 10/10 both this location and the surprise one were extremely helpful.

I was greeted by the staff as soon as I walked in through the doors. My cashiers name is Noor. She was very friendly and recommended me the All nighter sandwich, which is now my new favorite sandwich! I will definitely be coming back a few times a week! Excellent service!

They need to get their shit together at this location. I'm willing to drive 5 miles out of my way just to avoid this one, people had wrong order right before me and then they completely missed half my order so had to get back in line and reorder since the cashier was just not paying attention. I will go to Hot Bagels on 67th in Happy Valley from now on

I went there today and found they have no indoor seating. How could they build a restaurant like that in the Phoenix area? Obviously they're being cheap and care more about real estate costs than their customers. No thank you! I left.

There is nothing better than a toasted Einsteins bagel with smear in the morning! And their vanilla hazelnut coffee is hands down my favorite coffee of all time! I also love the bakers dozen deal and 2 containers of smear for around $20 — such a great deal to feed a lot of people!

I was very excited to hear Einstein Bagels was coming to our neighborhood. I became disappointed as early as my first visit. This is not the Einsteins I had become a custom to for the last 20 years. I am not sure if it’s because it’s a small version or if all stores are this way now but it is just not the same.
One disappointment is the bagels taste and feel like grocery store product. The second is the atmosphere is cold, un inviting and fellow customers all look confused and timid about sharing the small space. The biggest disappointment and the one that will keep me from returning is the way the eggs are cooked. When asked if they “scramble” the eggs they say yes. Bug they don’t. They break the yoke and call it scrambled. When I asked if the could or had a version of a better, full scramble they told me no. I asked for other options and was told there were none.
They were the place to go for a sausage, eggs and cheese on a sesame bagel. Nobody did them better. Not so great anymore. 😔
Update to my post , I went to the Einstein bagel customer support website suggested and filled out the information. It’s been almost a month and I have received zero response. That doesn’t seem to work for you guys either.
