I usually eat here twice a month, and every time is an excellent experience however, yesterday I had a little problem, but Gaby, the manager took care of it immediately truly five star service even when the food is not always perfect. The service is always on point thank you Gaby.
However, just a disclaimer this is the first time this ever happened to me. The food is usually always perfect regarding the chicken. It’s always hot well done and yet still juicy.

It was really hot in the lobby. Update, horrible customer service. Something is always not working with their equipment and they'll not do anything about it for you.
The food is always fresh and they get the food out in a timely manner. I appreciate how they also give you everything in a very organized way. Check this place out.

We are always greeted by friendly staff. Love the grilled chicken 🐔! always moist and delicious and the side dishes satisfy the whole family. The Happy Valley location is our go to. A short drive from Surprise, but so worth it. This beats a burger drive through anytime.
