I personally have to say that the food was ridiculously good I don't mean like good I mean awesome 😎👍. All 5 of us loved our meals and had amazing service. The staff was joking with us, and making the atmosphere feel really fun 😁. HIGHLY RECOMMEND

In town to take care of a relative and came for dinner. Glad to see the west valley finally has a fantastic restaurant that ISN'T a chain. The food and service was excellent.

We were so excited to find this place. Unfortunately, we will not be back. Although the food was very good and an excellent wine list, the service was probably some of the worst I've ever experienced, especially in a restaurant of this quality. Granted, our waitress warned us that she had a couple of other large tables. Which is fine, except when she literally didn't stop at our table for over 40 minutes, not to even say, is there anything you need, or your food will be out shortly. There were only 7 of us and I made a reservation. However, they seated us outside in the sun and didn't even ask ahead of time if we wanted to sit outside. We ran out of water halfway through our visit, and we finally had to flag down one of the assistant wait people to bring us water. I wanted another glass of wine but was never given the opportunity. However, the worst part of the night was that we ordered our food at 7:02 and it did not get to our table until 7:48. No one came to check on us basically this entire time. However, there were three other tables on the patio that had multiple people come to their tables. They brought them water and asked if they needed anything else or if they wanted gelato for dessert. Something we were never offered either. My 8 year old grandson was so hungry that he was almost in tears. I finally went in to see if I could find a manager or our waitress. I ended up having to walk over by the bar where I saw several workers just standing around talking. I asked for a manager and was told that there was no manager there. One of the workers standing there asked me what was up and I said that we had been waiting 45 minutes for our food. Rather than apologetically say oh so sorry about that and we'll get it out to you as soon as possible or let me check on that they all just stared at me and then one of them said I think yours is coming out next. That was it. Needless to say, I went back to my table where we sat another 5 minutes without a visit from anybody, including our waitress. I could see her inside the restaurant the entire time we were there. She was waiting happily on every table inside, bringing them water, even at one point taking pictures for some people at a table, but not once did she come and check on us. At one point, she walked by the windows, and I looked at her, and she flipped her hand at me. I would like to think that she was concerned, but I think she was honestly flipping her hand at me. She never did come back outside. Of course, when we were done eating. She showed up to give me the bill. Actually, she tried to hand it to my 16 year old granddaughter. I paid with no tip. I have literally never done that in my entire life. Generally, when service is that bad, there tend to be extenuating circumstances, and I am willing to extend grace, especially if the server comes out and apologizes. She never once acknowledged nor apologized for the horrible service and the complete lack of caring for our family. Anyway, I'm sure many other people in the restaurant will say the service was great. Just not us! I don't think I've ever written this long of a review either. What would really be nice is an apology from the manager. But I expect that the waitress will play the victim and somehow find a way to blame us when we did nothing but attempt to enjoy our meal. That is all.

Food was ok. I don’t eat pork and they don’t sell chicken. All items with beef are mixed with pork. Tiramisu was lacking flavor.

The food was amazing. Everything felt so authentic. The menu is in Italian (with helpful translations), which added to the charm. I had the lobster ravioli, affogato, and tiramisu… wow. We’ll definitely be back. Thank you, Fabio on Fire! 🍝🍨🍰

This place is such a great find! All of the food was so fresh and tasted amazing. I have never left an Italian food place without being so stuffed I hurt but the quality ingredients didn’t make me feel stuffed even though I ate a ton. The food here is delicious, perfect portions and not heavy like most Italian. The gelato is an experience in itself! I highly recommend this place. Perfect for date night or anything really!

We have eaten here several times. The food was good, the wine average and the service was terrible. Such a disappointment. Our server never asked if he wanted additional drinks or dessert. He was abrupt.

This was my second time at Fabio's. It's amazing every time! This cute place is tucked away and when you step inside, you're transported to Italy. Hands down best Italian in Peoria and maybe even Phoenix. I've never had a bad dish here. The lasagne was layers of flavors and the ravioli are butternut squash in a sage cream sauce with prosciutto. It was perfection. Worth the drive from anywhere in the valley!!

Fabio on Fire allows you to travel into a relatively authentic atmosphere of an Italian restaurant with fantastic food. For an appetizer, I had the Ravioli al Brasato Fritti which is a fried braised short-rib ravioli over a spread of parmigiana. For my entree, I had the Orecchiette - a wonderful pasta dish with Italian sausage and garlic (among other delicious ingredients). The food was fantastic. Our waitress was also very kind and attentive. Unfortunately, I cannot remember her name, but she truly was a fantastic waitress. Only downside is that the food is fairly expensive; however, the taste, quality, and ostensible authenticity of the food is worth the price in my opinion.
