Service was horrible.. waitress was never around nor checked back with us in a timely manner.. I had to go to two different servers to try to get my wife a refill on a drink and still wasn't able to get a refill until the end of our meal.. catfish was overcooked and tasted very bad but since the server never checked back with us I had to wait until the end of the meal to be able to send it back.. because of the poor food quality as well as service I nor my family will not go back.

Food was great and love the price. The service could have been better but since the person was new its understandable but the person was very apologetic and sweet. But seeing that it was very busy its not her fault.

I had been there on Friday but wasn't able to eat, so it was my desire go back to celebrate my birthday. We ordered the combo Feast for 2. My husband said the ribs were a little tough, but I enjoyed everything. Even took home the leftovers. Our waitress was very accommodating & wished my happy birthday. She apologize to my husband statement about the ribs, then she spoke to the manager, they offered a different meat & gave us a discount.

Arrived at 2 pm to skip the rush and waited 10 minutes to be greeted. We get our table and wait once again to get or order taken. I was told my broccoli would be out shortly and never came. Now we are waiting on our waitress, and we are not sure who she is. The manager gave us 3.50 for no broccoli. Wow, thanks!

Food here is delish, staff is so friendly, our order came in quick, but when it was time to go the server took a while👈 but i totally understood she got bussy with other customers. Over all i always have a good experience here, been coming for years its my kids fav place to celebrate their bdays😊 was kind of bumed that the new menu didnt include the chips😌 but that wont stop me from.returning here again. I have a big fam and we always order" the feast" corn bread is fresh and ribs are amazing!!

To start, I’ve been a fan of Famous Dave’s for years, but this location is bad. They are SUPER slow helping people as they have lengthy conversations with everyone who comes in to place a To Go order. That’s fine when it’s not busy, but when there are 7 people waiting to order, maybe it’s not the best time to hold a 15 minute conversation about life. Long story short, I won’t be back.
Great happy hour deals here but the food wasn't quite as good as I expected. Just standard BBQ fare - nothing really special and kinda expensive if you aren't getting any kind of discount or deal.
