My dad and I went for lunch today. We usually love it however today the brisket was flavorless and very fatty. My chicken strips were not crispy at all. Not good today.

I love ordering to go here on the way home because it’s always ready on time-ALWAYS!, and the ladies inside are always so nice and willing to get extra sauces and go above the mile to make sure you are happy when you depart!

Had a great time by myself, only that I think. I was ignored because of that, but how can you forget one person in almost a empty restaurant. It took a while to get service but in all, the food was so great, it made up for it

We have been going to Famous Daves for our over 20 years and have always loved it. However, it has steadily gone down hill. The last few times have not been great. We've done take out, dine-in and curbside.. Tonight we decided to get some take out on our way home. We went in to the takeout side and placed our order. I asked if we could wait in the car and have them bring it out like curbside. I was told yes. I said great, thank you! We sat right outside and waited for what seemed like forever. I finally went inside and saw my food waiting on the back counter. I asked why it wasn't brought out to my car and was told, oh, we don't do that anymore... hmm, why say yes if its no longer the policy. They have ALWAYS brought it to the car prior to this. And what's worse, the ribs were dry. Pretty dissapointed 😕
