Firebirds Wood Fired Grill

This is our "go to" spot for quality food and good service. We especially like the specials and the options. Food preparation is consistently good and the managers check on every table to ensure everything is satisfactory. All for a price generally lower than comparable high-level restaurants

We went for the $19.95 Rib special. The ribs were very dry, as if they had been under the heat lamp how way too long. Our waiter did check back after we had eaten a couple of ribs - all dry. He reported the problem to the manager and we were given a complete dinner replacement. They were both very apologetic. While I was grateful for the action taken, this is the third time in the last six months that at least one item was not satisfactory because it was overcooked and had to be replaced.

This Peoria Firebirds is one of our most favorite restaurants in the west valley . Ambience and atmosphere is great. Food and service is always very good.

Sadly, the food and service -> overrated.😒

Went to have dinner before a Gold Cup soccer match. Jeremy took outstanding care of us. Wife’s order had a potential problem with it Jeremy came to let us know and see what she wanted to do. After the food was delivered, Jeremy checked with us to see if it was ok, a short time later the service manager came to check and offered to remake part of the dish. As we were finishing up our meal, the front end manager came to check and make sure everything was okay. The dedication to ensuring the customer was taken care of was incredible and we are planning on going back soon.

Very,very nice atmosphere with a large dinning area & a separate large bar area.The decorated screams steakhouse with tall ceilings & mahogany everywhere.We had lunch & the food was good,service was great!

From the moment I entered I was greeted by the host with her opening the door for me. I met my date here for the first time and as I sat was greeted by the most hospitable server named John. He was very knowledgeable and informative about the specials and answered every question I had.
My date and I decided on splitting a BLT salad, which was amazing by the way, and a Cajun Ribeye Steak made to perfection. I have to say our server John was very intuned with what we needed and never needed to ask him for anything. Later The service manager, David stopped by to see how things were for us and I have to say he was very engaged with what was happening at our table. I just wanna say thank you to John and David for such a wonderful experience here at Firebirds. I will definitely recommend this to all my friends and especially that I am in the Hospitality career I will tell you that this is a fabulous place to come and drink and have some food.

Great food and even better service. Our first steak came out the wrong temp, and they made it right even though I didn’t ask. Awesome to see that good service still exists.

We have eaten here several times. It's pretty much a must go-- when we're in Phoenix. But the last few times, the steaks have been a little inconsistent both in terms of tenderness and especially in terms of doneness. The staff is always willing to fix things.... But the steaks have always been above amazing so the current inconsistencies are bothersome. Could be a new grill chef or supplier issues.

The food is always great. Our waitress was summer and she was excellent. Checked in with us three or four times. It can be a little pricey especially Sides and appetizers.

We keep returning to your Peoria location because we love the ambiance. Food is always excellent and your staff, like Maria, make Firebird a favorite of ours and never disappoints. See you next time....

We go there often. My filet was Overcooked and a little tough but it was good. The brownie was hard and not warmed but also good!

It was our 5th or 6th time at Firebirds. We took my son and his wife who were visiting. They are super picky about food and restaurants and they were impressed and loved the food. The service is always the best! Brunch here is great too. The atmosphere is bustling. If you're looking for super quiet, like a meeting or romantic night don't go on a weekend. I would like to see the side dishes described with more detail. I didn't expect goat cheese on top of the charred carrots and ancient grains.
