Firebirds Wood Fired Grill

My wife's birthday dinner was enjoyable for us both. This is one of my go-to places for a nice meal and ambiance not too over the top.

We are used to getting good service. Our server was outstanding! We both loved our meal. Will continue to make this one of our frequent to visit restaurants. My wife was very happy that they now have meatloaf back on the menu.

I just love Firebirds. The food is always delicious and today our server was absolutely amazing. So happy and attentive. Just a pleasure to be around.

John was an outstanding server. He and the manager were highly attentive and accommodating. Great experience!

We usually went to firebirds in gilbert but we tried the peoria location. Service was mediocre. It was a busy Saturday night so ok. Food was not good. I have had better prime rib other places. It came out cold, au just was watery. Did not care for pecans in my salad with ranch. Was not good. They should tell you there are nuts. Was expecting better than what we had. Will not return to this location.

Our waitress was kind and professional but I asked her if my meatloaf came with 2 slices like a picture I presented. She said yes but only one slice was served. It tasted just ok like cafeteria meatloaf. The gravy was good. Mushrooms are very sweet like marsala. Mashed potatoes are dense, sticky and a little sour. I wondered if they were from the previous day. The burger had several positive reviews although it was basic. Looked and tasted like a frozen patty. It was Marti Monday. The lemon martini was awesome and only $7.00

We did carryout, everything was perfect, 🥩 cooked perfectly, kids who brought the food out were great. Definitely awesome.

Enjoyed the 3 course option. Was put off when asked to hold off on lemonade refills and they continued to come. Joseph our waiter was friendly and David the floor manager for the evening was attentive. Restaurant was colder than preferred, those susceptible need a light sweater.

Best wood fired steak. All their food is really good. It's the only place I go for a perfectly cooked ribeye steak. All the staff is really nice too. Grace is a great server.
