My family and I arrived at 7:45 p.m. to Freddy's, and the doors were locked with two male employees who were hanging out in booths texting on their phones. The hours are clear on the door that they are open until 10 pm, and none of the employees acknowledged us while we double-checked hours on Google. We were not only disappointed in having to give our patronage to another business but also in the representation of service by the employees.

Love this place. The california burger is my favorite. The curds,onion rings, fries and tots are all great. Custard is amazing. The staff sets this place apart. They are awesome!

Dined in. Greeted warmly by all staff. I had a preference for my meal plan high they executed perfectly. This is my neighborhood Freddy’s and I have a great experience here 100% of the time.
Dietary restrictions: No salt. Which they did accommodate on the burger patty as well as the fries.

We ordered 2 combos and our burgers were okay. Very messy and not easily edible. Not sure why the patty is always way bigger than the bun. Was not impressed with this location. They were sold out of cheese curds and our combo burgers came in bags so they totally fell apart. Also forgot our straws in our drive thru order. The gentlemen in the drive thru were kind and attentive.
