Fuzzy’s Sports Grill

I’ve been coming to this bar/restaurant since 2017 and have often recommended it to friends. Unfortunately, my visit on 9/17/25 was so disappointing that I will not be returning.

When I brought up concerns about how we were being treated by our bartender, to another bartender (younger blonde with buns who was managing the poker tables) she brushed me off by rushing to bring the check for the server instead of addressing the issue. Passive aggressive and dismissive to say the least. No regard to offering resolution or even seeking support from the manager at all. When I asked for a manager, Jay initially stated he would provide that information for contact yet momentarily returned to state he actually was the manager on duty. Rather than taking accountability or apologizing, he defended the server’s behavior as she was one of the best according to him and apparently had an injury which apparently equated to reason for mistreatment. I felt my concerns were dismissed. As a customer we know what we experience in the moment of our time in the establishment is what our experience is based off of not what is reported to us to how staff typically behave at work.

I am selective with where I go and while I will say Jay manager on shift was respectful he did not resolve the problem at hand and was also likely too busy to assist anyway as he was also the bartender. He said he would take care of us next time but did not offer resolve in our actual visit. He simply stated he would have a conversation with the staff who was being disrespectful. There was no reset offered to be served by a more respectful staff leaving us at a loss and basically with the expectation that we were not wanted in the establishment.

As someone who works in customer service with high needs individuals, facing challenges from recent long term incarceration, mental health instability and other life’s challenges I know the importance of respect and accountability even when you have to apologize for the actions of others. Sadly, there was more focus placed on how wonderful this bartender was rather the experience we had that day. And we were assured she would be talked too. It says alot because we would have stayed if we were placed with a respectful server which is what we were requesting from the blond server initially who shut it down completely and basically said I’ll have your server print the check. It’s unfortunate because what should have been a positive going-away celebration left me and my guest feeling unwelcome and disrespected.

We all have choices of where to dine and celebrate and based on this experience, I will no longer be choosing or recommending this establishment.

Service was slow.
We sat on the patio and no one ever came to greet us. We went inside to order and was told someone would be out to serve us. No one ever came. So we went inside again. Got drinks, eventually a server came out to take our food order.

First time going to fuzzy's last night for some karaoke with family, staff was really polite and quick to gather and deliver orders. I didn't eat so I can't speak on the food. However, the rest of the party that ordered food looked delicious. Drinks were standard pricing but the atmosphere is definitely worth a visit

Server was new but great. The food was horrible. This place used to be so much better. So disappointed with the fish fry, 3 small over cooked pieces for $22.00 and the pizza was like a bad frozen pizza. Definitely not worth the price. Not happy. Again server was great.

Great sports bar with really great positive employees like Julie, Megan, and more! Attentive service, drinks taste great, food is awesome! Daily specials, superb home-made dishes, stuffed pretzels, fried mushrooms, banging wings, delicious tacos...can't say enough about the food here! Your best neighborhood bar that's fun..always something going on, poker, karaoke, caricature artists, always something fun! Check it out!
