Being introduced to this place through our neighbors makes us appreciate knowing our neighbors. This was the best pizza we've had in years!!! Meeting Thomas felt like we've known him forever. We'll definitely be back!!!

Called in a pizza order at 12noon for a 2pm pickup, pizzas not ready, being told 20-30 min not cool!!! Not happy at all with the managers response, basically no response, just excuses. No offer of comp for my time so here is my review for lowsy service and attitude! Used to be my favorite pizza place! Worst manager ever!!!

They have a hard time staffing! Still good pizza! Need to stop the turn over! They stole the oven around 4pm and don't serve pizza! They need another oven! Take out slows their process down!

There were only 4 other tables occupied when we went in. We were sat immediately, and a server never came to assist us. We waited over 20 minutes for someone to come and get our drink order. We had to ask if we had a server. they still didn't know who our server would be. The server they finally sent over was actually really nice. we had ordered two pizzas, and they brought one out, and we had to wait over 15 minutes for the second one. Will never go to this location again.

Honeslty this was my favorite pizza place in arizona since moving here. I’m not sure what happened but our visit was horrible. We ordered a house salad with ranch…. Almost little to none ranch. We asked for additional ranch and salt and pepper because we were served a bowl of lettuce. We waited about 5 mins for the side of ranch. Got our pizza delivered. We did half exxtra pepperoni & hot honey and then half with no honey. Once sode came basically dough with sauce zero pepperoni….Got our pizza then dropped off by someone else besides our server. Didn’t check back until more than half way through. We were served a tomato pie that wasn’t cripsy, a salad with with zero dressing and charged for extra dressing without being told…. Pepsi that was flat. We spent our time coming here and was so disappointed in our experience after I said this was my favorite pizza place .

Without a doubt the best NY style pizza on the West side. The crust is bursting with flavor. The toppings are great.

I had a party of 5 Saturday evening, it was 7:45p and the hostess said they cannot accept any more customers, because the cook time and they close @ 10p, there was plenty of seating available, I’ve been coming here for five years. I always had good service but today my mind set changed. Customer service doesn’t exist “Poor Service”.

Every time I go to this location it's a 3 hour wait and they forget to make my order . Not again

Unless you’re giving Grimaldi’s a great review, they will not respond or even apologize. Grimaldi’s is in business thanks to its paying patron’s like me, especially the loyal ones. And even if you’re loyal, they will not make the issue right.

Even if you are quoted a time, and have made specific timely plans, they will not apologize for getting for pizza over 35 minutes later because dine-in take priority even if you placed your take-out order first. I get things happen, but set the correct expectations.

Grimaldi’s, why treat loyal customers this way? It is due to those you serve you are in business, work on your customer service!

It's just a pizza place. However, when you go with three people and get 2 glasses of wine, one 3 topping 16-inch pizza, and one house salad for over $80, something is wrong.

I wouldn’t know if the pizza was good or not because at 2pm on a Saturday I was told that they wouldn’t be able to make pizza for 3 hours because they have to stoke the oven.
Maybe you should close between lunch and dinner or advertise that you have a limited menu in the middle of the day.
I won’t waste my time to drive all the way here again.
