On 9/14/2025, my family and I ate at Hash kitchen in Draper. My husband and I both informed the waitress that I have severe allergies to nuts and eggs. I specifically asked if the basic white toast contained egg and stated that I would only order it if it was confirmed safe.
The waitress never confirmed with us but served the toast anyway. Assuming it was safe, I ate it. About 15 minutes later, I developed anaphylaxis, requiring ER treatment and epinephrine.

My grandmother loves this place. We visited yesterday for the first time and the food was very good and the music was nice. I will definitely be back to try other items and get a taste of the drink menu
My wife and I went to the Gilbert location this morning to start an anniversary celebration. We were really impressed. Gianna was our server and was very attentive, really friendly, and helped my wife decide and which item to pick. The food was really good. Atmosphere was lively. The in-person DJ was playing a mix of older and newer music (made this older millennial happy). If you’re looking for a fun and trendy brunch spot, Hash Kitchen in Gilbert is you place.
