I’ve ordered 2x on separate occasions the chipotle chicken Mac and cheese. Both times I had no sautéed mushrooms in my order and no garlic toast. Either take the sautéed mushrooms off the description or add them as it should be. And never forget the garlic toast!! The first photo is as they advertise the second is the order I just received. Very disappointed as I love the mushrooms in this dish. I’m adding an edit to my review… I ordered through DoorDash because you can not call the restaurant and place a To Go order, you must go through DoorDash or UberEats or some format like that to get orders to go. Ok, fine, I ordered DoorDash. I wanted to give special instructions to Headquarters to not forget the sautéed mushrooms but they do not allow any special instructions on your order through DoorDash or Uber Eats. I took the chance they would get it right this time and they failed again.

I want to like this place, but waiting a half hour for nobody to come to my table is ridiculous. Ryan (bartender) admitted it was supposed to be him & couldn’t have cared less. He’s rude every time I go in there & pours the beers w 2 inches of foam. I’m over it.

First time here,what a great place! Courtney had amazing customer service! That girl is the Headquarter.Great smile,service,friendly & knows her stuff.They should be paying her 80.00 an hour plus tips.Will be back!

Tuesday night specials are great! Three tacos for $8, $10 for lettuce instead of the tortilla shell. We had shrimp, pork and chicken. All were excellent! And they all had a kick, which I love. The meat was cooked great on all, the chicken was so moist and flavorful. Very impressive! Definitely will be back. The lettuce wrap option is greatly appreciated and the lettuce was crisp and a plenty, which is a rarity for many places. You can hardly see the meats in my picture, but let me tell you, they are there, and so good!!

This is my favorite spot when we are in Peoria! Food is excellent and sushi is ahh-mazing!!! We have had great service each visit.

Stopped in after a movie for a quick bite. Ordered the blue cheese burger, and at least they cooked it properly—medium rare, just as requested. Toppings were simple: ketchup, lettuce, tomato, and onions. No mayo or mustard unless you want to pay an extra 50 cents for mayo, which I didn't know until I got the bill.

Fries were okay and at least salted, but the rest of the food had zero seasoning.

Ordered the chicken wings deep fried with feathers attached — absolutely unacceptable coming out of any kitchen.

Overall: burger temp was right, fries were fine, but lack of seasoning and poorly prepped wings made the experience pretty disappointing. Wouldn’t rush back.

Fast service, and very attentive servers/bartenders. Velicia was very attentive and informative. Even offered different alternatives incase I had any allergies and could make a special request w the cook.
