Good Vietnamese restaurant. Fried Egg Rolls were really good, crispy, fresh, filling was flavorful. Fish sauce was also good. Dumplings were also really good, perfect amount of crisp, good filling, came with a spicy sweet and sour sauce, while not traditional was good. Brisket and Meatball Pho was delicious. Good amount of both meats and the broth was really good. Thai Tea was good. Overall very good,definitely recommend.

We had a great experience at Hello Vietnam! The food was amazing and the service was very nice and helpful as it was our first time having Vietnamese food. The decor and atmosphere was really nice. My only complaint is most people use credit cards for payment and the restaurant charges a 2% charge. I think they need to reevaluate as it is not consumer friendly.

We have eaten here many times as the pho has always been good. This was the first time with my parents, making us a party of 7, and my first time paying the bill as typically my husband pays. I was a little surprised when we got the bill and an automatic 18% gratuity was added. We normally tip but I just don’t like being surprised and forced to tip. Then I gave my card to pay and when I got the receipt back from the credit card charge it was a higher amount than the initial receipt. When I asked the waiter for clarification he said because they add a 2% charge for credit card. I understand this is what the app charges them so they charge us but again it was another surprise charge. I asked if either of these charges were displayed anywhere assuming I just missed it. He said they aren’t posted. They used to have a sign but they took it down and maybe when the new menu comes out it might say it on there. This seemed wrong, if you are going to charge extra you should be upfront about it. I then asked what size party constitutes an automatic gratuity he said 5 or more. This also seemed crazy as I’m used to parties of 8 or more being charged automatic gratuity. 5 is not a big party, you don’t even have to put 2 tables together to accommodate 5 people. None the less it is their right to charge for whatever they deem a large party I just firmly believe it should be advertised and not a surprise at the end.

Love love love this place. I've eaten here dozens of times and have never been disappointed.
Today I ordered via door dash and my egg rolls never showed up so I gave them a call and they immediately fixed it for me.
Cannot recommend this place enough, but I will keep trying.

I love the shrimp pho, vegan egg rolls and shrimp spring rolls the best. But everything is delicious.

If you are looking for great Vietnamese food in the Phoenix area, this is your place! We traveled from WI looking for our pho fix & finally came across this place after 2 places that served pho made us feel like we were an inconvenience to them. I must say, we were so glad things worked out this way. This restaurant welcomed us with a bright smile & friendly atmosphere. The food & drinks were all amazing. We had the shaking beef, pho, fried calamari, & of course Boba.

One of the best Pho I've had, great vegetarian options. Very tasty 😋

This is a great little secret right in the middle of eateries everywhere. The food is excellent and the service is wonderful! The only thing amiss on the day I was there, the restaurant had boxes stacked in a corner making the atmosphere a little less than ideal, but otherwise, it was a fantastic experience!
