Good food but the girl are a little up tight. As if they don’t want attention. I give big tips so for the Pleasant service. Please be more pleasant

So I moved to North Scottsdale back in April and I went back to California for a couple months. I stayed up in Montana as a well and got back home recently. I haven’t been here in a while and just decided I would come out here and hangout. First and foremost I hope all the girls at this location are doing well. This was my favorite bar, I used to live behind Arrowhead Mall so it was like my backyard. I’m going to miss this place and I wish you all the best in your future endeavors.

Easy to see why this Hooters is closing its doors tomorrow. Ordered 20 Daytona wings, all drums with online app. Got home only 15 drums in to go box. Sadly the cooks can’t count, but now they’ll be out of work after tomorrow.

Ordered fries.. No ketchup..Blond hair in our food...Got our wings mixed up...#WhatElse????Hhmmm, server charged us ranch thats supposed to come with wings...Server never asked me if I wanted another drink..Ask for extra ice on our drinks, all the ice was on bottom of oysters....No more this HOOTERS for sure...

Ridiculously expensive for a burger and a couple beers. Maybe you pay more for the hooters but I wasn't impressed with the looks or the service. The bartender got our order wrong 3 different ways. The place is dingy, ripped seats, filthy bar... Just gross.

Service sucks here You r waiting to long to order and it's not even Busy. Yes the waitress is always disappearing Not really happy with this place one bit. It has gone down hill since the last time I came here and At the last minute they tell u way after u order that they don't have what u ordered

I had family from out of town and they wanted to get a hooters experience. My first choice was Twin peaks but lately they have been super busy, so decided on this location since previous times they were decent. To my surprise they were busy and we were ok with a 30 minute wait. They finally called our name and then was presented with ultimatum, either accept a table for 4 with 3 people at bar or no table at all (we had a party of 7 people). The kids that we had started to get restless, so we agreed on their condition. The kids were taking the table while the rest of us got spots at bar, then there was no place for us at the bar. They then indicated a table was opening up for us to sit down, we waited another 20 minutes then found out the table wasn't ready. During this whole time the kids table received menus but nothing else. From this point we left, some portions could have been resolved easy with simple communication, then of course the manager on duty treated the situation as a non issue. I also believe the color of our skin could have been a contributing factor on poor service but in all it was the total disrespect they gave us from when they called our name on a table then gave us its either our way or the highway attitude that made me blacklist this location now.

Used 1 star to allow the review but honestly don't even deserve that! Still sitting at restaurant while writing review. Waitress never even said hello, wrote her name on napkins and said I'm your waiter. No smile, no talk nothing! So sad, I hear all other waitresses talking and laughing with the customers! We asked for appetizers and our food asked for appetizers to come iut first if possible. Never saw her again until ALL food was brought out. By the way all 50 winds were room temperature as if they were just sitting there. After food was brought she never came back to check on us! All 5 of us need refills and guess what haven't seen her in 20 minutes! I keep seeing her walk back and forth talking to waitresses but never checks on table, this sucks the customer service is so bad ruined our whole night at this point. If your having a bad day pls don't take it out on customers who just want to enjoy dinner.

Walked in and was waiting for a ride. Establishment decided not to serve us. Apparently happiness and having fun are not appreciated. The whole night life experience has changed and it's better just to stay home
